Honestly do we really have to see Donaire put a beating on an old ass Arce for him to take on the fights the fans are actually interested in? Why not skip to Mares, Rigo, etc...
alright buddy, how about you dont watch the fight then and the rest of us will enjoy the richness of two tough mofo with power and chin standing and trading.
No.
If he needs a crooked home referee to let him deliberately headbutt, then he can't possibly be the best.
you mean Bute didnt need a crooked home referee to let him get a 30 second count
pituitary damage really isnt as novel of a finding as they present in this video, we know how to test for it and we know how to treat it (with few exceptions like everything else in medicine)
It says it in the contract so Froch is right and Sauerland once again is a retard. Froch is right, and I'm not even a fan of his. It says in his contract the third fight in the series takes place in the UK. Froch is right, Sauerland is a moron.
Since you obviously have a copy of the contract would you mind posting a copy for the rest of us to see.
hes got a lot of potential, but i refuse to support him untill he can stop looking at his feet. That stupid move caused him to be outboxed by miranda, who gets outboxed by miranda?
My favorite fighter is Manny Pacquiao. He's the Mexicutioner for your info.
Margarito was loading his wraps, and then look what happened after that. Marg also got battered by frail Paul Williams.
Who cares? It's not the ethnicity, it's the style. Rocky Juarez, Juan Diaz, Josh Clottey, and Alfredo Angulo are all boring ass fighters who get beat 9 out of 10 times by boxer-punchers.
Remember when Oscar didn't get any love from the Mexicans because he wasn't "Mexican" enough? Maybe if he let himself get hit more and lost some of the speed, they'd have been happy. Who knows.
How can you call Angulo boring?
I feel like Roy is more memorable, his prime fights make for an excellent highlight reel where as hopkins just got the job done (kind of reminds me of Tim Duncan and the Spurs)
Honestly we don't know anything about Foreman, how good is he? He looked great against Santos but it can be argued that Santos was rusty, shot, etc...
Plus Cotto is moving up and we don't really know how much is left of cotto. I want to say Cotto because hes pretty fukin good, but I don't know anything about Foreman so it might end up being a Darchinyan-Donaire moment.
the only thing I know is that we aint seen nothing yet, its impossible to rank them untill the final result and honestly considering the style match ups even after the finals we might not know who the best of the lot is.
I don't like it because I feel Izzy is really rusty, maybe even shot whereas Rafas still in pretty good shape, I mean what happens if Izzy loses: a fifth one? And if he loses that it will seem like Rafa was the better fighter, whereas in my opinion Izzy has already proven that in their prime he was the better fighter.
I understand what you mean but there's nothing we can do about it... Izzy has been one of my favorite boxers that I've been following for a while. He's already proven he's a better boxer but their fights have been so close that that's the reason they keep making them fight each other. What is there to do about it other than back these two men up and cheer for them when they step in the ring.
I guess I'm just parnoid that Izzy gets his ass handed to him and the rivlarly seems one-sided to those who missed the first 3.
you dont go to the champs hometown, literally run at times, hold to the point of having a point deducted, and expect to get a decision in a close fight where you arguably may have won/lost by a point.
And Froch has an Iron chin.....Arthur is moving up & has been rocked by Miranda at MW so who knows maybe a few solid shots & a great upper cut which Arthur is open for & Dirrell throws well and we have Abraham on his back.....hmmm. it's possible although unlikely. The upper cut will be the key for Dirrell tho if thats going to happen.
Uhhh Froch was on his ass against JT in the third round, JTs not really known for putting people away. AA went 7 rounds with a broken jaw hanging off against Edison Miranda (KO%= 80) and didnt even fall once. So how you just decided that AAs chin is shaky and Froch's is solid is pretty surprising for people who have seen them both fight.
umm, an old ass raul marquez broke his ribs
yeah but the punishment marquez took to get his body shots in made him quit on his stool, will make the next guy think twice before going in with this strategy
lol,i guess those ballshots gave abe a cutt and swelling too.
no the ovbious headbutt gave him the cut but you and antoino tarver were the only ones who missed that
Decision was legit, but the extra weight gave Guzman a huge advantage over Funeka. He was shaking off similar shots to ones that stunned him in their first fight. Just based on who had the better fight though, regardless of weight, Guzman did undeniably.
So the weight did make a differnece? it wasent just that he moved and avoided?
