Well, I suppose this is just my first impressions and you have seen a lot more than I have so I'll believe you. The betting side I can't comment on really as I'm not a big gambler and haven't seen enough of him but I'd certainly take his breakdowns into account in close fights. I've just picked up a lot of things from what he's said which fits my views on certain fights and fighters. I'll have to watch more which isn't a problem for me ive been watching Dwyer for years: He is the GOAT in the YTBC, IMO. i cant vouch for his picks/gambling tho'

The point that is being forgotten is that, from all of the revenues generated, before Mayweather even sees a penny of anything, $40 million comes off of the top and goes to Pacquiao. Even if the fight did generate $120m in fighter revenues, that gets cut $40m, full stop. Pacquiao: $40m Mayweather: $75m-$80m Basically a 65/35 split to Mayweather, but not all that bad for Pacquiao, if folks want to be honest about the numbers that each guy draws. i agree that the fighters purse would be max 120M even 120M is extremely high. because the highest PPV is like 75 dollars right now right? 75*3M=112,5M(50% goes to cable companies) pac and top Rank generate a lot more than 40 million per fight. why would they accept less? makes no sense. also pac still has to pay top Rank so pac wouldn´t get all 40 million even if top Rank accepted the comical offer. so what they were looking at is an average payday for pac and much less money for top Rank since they wouldn´t be in the promotion. why would they do that? plus it was an offer over the phone aka nothing legit. it sounds nice but only to simple folk without any nuance or critical thinking. the second you start actually thinking you realice it was another way to duck the fight. zero ppv? gtfo As a simpleton i do wanna react/comment on this pac last fight 750/k*75$=(56.250.000/2 cable companies)28,5M max in PPV revenues. out of this Arum gets a piece Bradley,Konz,Roach... Is it possible that pacman by making his own promotion still is under Bob Arum? How could one be 100% sure that he actually cut ties with Arum. Could it be a phoney promotion just to fool people and to get the fight done? How wil FMJ know for sure what Pacman promotion does with its money and if by some chance it still goes into arum's pockets... I geuss Pacman wouldnt get promoting money if he did his own thing, because he isnt much of a promoter right???

its true that the 40 million offer was a well-disguised duck. floyd doesnt deserve a higher ppv share - his last few fights are proof, that the ppv on his events is largely attributable to stacked undercards and mexican holidays. floyd might be getting 70 million, but does that really mean anything when 50 million of that comes from himself? If you are the B-side, whats wrong with taking less the first time if you're sure you can beat him. Just offer him the same or even less the next time in the rematch... Problem solved, right?!?!?! why cant pac supporters comment on this... A rematch would be pretty much garanteed as FMJ is a proud dude. Why not? It makes business sense, and if the Hopkins fight is really where the money is (which, I guess is the case), Showtime should come through with a substantial bid. HBO desperately wants to make the Kovalev fight, especially given how vulnerable Stevenson looked tonight. Showtime is aware of this. You'd think Stevenson would be in position to get a nice fat offer if he put himself up for another bid. If the bid info is correct, which i dont know. havent looked into it. the TS has a pretty good point!!!

Am sure ANY business commodity would want two companies bidding for their services, so who says he isn't interested in what HBO has to say? If he is a free agent then HBO need to get to work. Ahem... Having two tolerable songs (mainly and more than likely because the beat is good) and being a great/good rapper is two different things. I am a connoisseur of the rap genre, and everything that goes along with being a creative and "good" rapper. This being, rhyme-schemes, metaphors, similes, creativity, punch lines, etc. And I can tell you good sir from a rapping stand-point, Broner is a ****ing joke in that regards. We'll just leave it at that. I respect that he is trying to be more than just a boxer, but he's not a good rapper. Aight cool i respect you opinion!!! I dont know if good always has to be deep or complicated in general in music BTW... To me a good song can be listened to time and time and time again for longer than a month or two lets say and your still not bored but entertained... In my own defense i never said broner is ATG rapper or an elite rapper. Other than in this topic i dont think in real life i've recommended any of his songs yet. But i'll be honest i did enjoy those two songs personally and i've listened to the two songs a couple of times. in a short amount of time he produced two decent songs that i can listen to without getting annoyed and that is an accomplicement for a boxer... Having produced those two songs in his early rap career, is proof he can have some succes at it in the future IMO. I dont think he'll be the best with punchlines or methaphors etc. but being succesfull in music is also not always about being the most technical or skilled IMO. hes a product of what his family, hbo and his fans allowed him to be . he is immature little kid. you saw how his flamboyance ended whe fight was ended and marcos was declared winner, . broners hamanity came out and he didnt know how to react with people not praising him, he ran out the ****in ring and probably cried like a woman I didnt say he is perfect!!! But in the end he owned up to it, and confessed that his first loss made him react the way he did. In the end he did say what it was and he was ready to take Maidana on again... I make mistakes, so i can forgive another man for not being perfect 24/7. I think the fight in itself is the most relevant thing to watch at, and besides the extra rolling after the headbut he took everything like a man. He was actually ready to fight someone who probably has his number again in a weight class that probably isnt his best. thats having balls!!! I look at those type of things personally. I respect that. Eventhough he is relatively humble and quiet this time around everyone is gonna tune in to see if he is shot right now and how comfortable he is right now @ 140.

So I take it he really has a shortage of fans, presently. I'm actually starting to feel bad for him an pulling for him provided he gets his character in order. Yep Wlad is elite, i dont understand why people dont rate him higher. He is also among the hit and dont get hit fighters. He wins his fights like a true dominant champ, without receiving unneccesary punishment. He's too good for someone that size

His name is Chael Sonnen and he is being very succesfull, when he wasnt flamboyant he wasnt succefull and he wasnt getting title shots he wasnt presentating on tv etc. I have no problem personally with special people of worth level being a bit flamboyant when the camera's are on. I believe in bragging rights and such. It also makes the fights that more interesting. if broner would also be as quiet as lets say maidana than the pre hype wouldnt be as big. Everyone wanted to know if someone as flamboyant could keep his 0 and his bragging rights intact. Who cares about the cold war? GBP is overstacked with recognizable names in its roster. But they are rarely pitted against each other. When they do fight, the loser is back fighting a nobody. You'd think that Broner vs Matthysse would have happened, look at who they fought in their last fights. Provo loses he's back fighting a champ. Alvarado loses, he's back fighting a veteran... So what's the point of ending the cold war when GBP fighters don't even fight each other? I havent seen proof of this. Who says GBP fighters in general dont fight each other??
