I believe that when a fighter wins a world tittle, he should welcome all challengers. I just hate when I hear about a guy with a title and his team says he’s not ready to fight anybody, why push him towards a tittle then have him look like a coward by avoiding somebody

It didn’t look like the same Hurd that fought Lara, he looked tired early and that’s his biggest attribute his endurance and durability and he paid the price

Who are the multi divisional champs who earned it the hard way instead of the promoters maneuvering and setting them up for title shots without fighting anybody relevant, like Broner having 4 titles but he probably only earned 2, I’d say Mikey Garcia has earned em who else?

I didn’t see him beat rigo up, he looked ready to fight and rigo looked old and like he was just desperate for a payday, but nothing really landed that made u say wow. I kinda feel for rigo because it’s like he had to get crucified for a fight but it wasn’t like loma put an a** whooping on him

I took my 6yo son to 2 gyms in Detroit, Tony Harris gym and another one and one gym said $150 a month 5 days a wk and the other one said $130 for 3 days and $180 for 5 days a wk, now I have friends who train there as adults and they pay 30 a month. So I need to kno the real cost.

I was just thinking how floyd's best weapon is is elusiveness and defense, has there been any of his opponents that have tried to make him chase them instead of the other way around and would u think this would be a good strategy. Just look @ Lara and how he's longer and just as elusive therefore would make Floyd have to come after him and take more risk in order to win the fight?

He wants cotto rematch for May 2 and that would just destroy everything he could do with canelo on that date unless he would do maybe a canelo vs GGG on that date but That's to risky for his cash cow, pac man is to small and he probably would have to reach in his deep pockets for him

"u don't know how to score a fight" ppl must realize boxing is based on perception and opinion if a fighter is on his toes boxing and hitting his opponent while his opponent is coming forward pressing the action but missing some judges would say the person who was pressing the action but missing won and some would say the person who was avoiding the punches using the ring size to his advantage won it all depends on the style u like. Is there a guide that a judge has to follow to score a round idk but if it was so easy every judge would have the same score all the time. The inconsistent scoring is what turns casuals off boxing. Or maybe a fighter should interview the judges to see what style they like before the fight so he can fight accordingly

There has been a lot of Floyd bashers out there that claims that Floyd isn't the best because he dodged a lot of prime fighters (I'm 1 of them) and they always say a guy like Ali fought the best but, Ali fought the best because the best brought the best money if Ali could have fought weaker opponents for 5-10 mil a fight he might not have ever fought foreman, Frazier ect. So when u see Floyd getting $30 mil+ for whoever he fights how can u blame him.

That throws excellent uppercuts. I've seen him throw some that just seems like they would've ripped Floyd and Lara's head right off if they would've landed. Trout ate a bunch of them, I don't think any was on the chin. He reminds me of the uppercuts I use to throw with sub-zero when I would play mortal kombat .Can u guys think of anyone that still uses uppercuts often?

Like all other sports the score is on the board and whoever has the most points when the time runs out wins. That way there would never be controversy, every fighter has their own style and I don't see why who you r fighting and the stage you r fighting on changes how you see the fight. Everyone knows this is how Lara fight, vs. trout it was a blowout , vs. Angulo he did very well but Angulo was able to find him, there isn't a boxing trainer out there that would tell u to stand still and trade with a puncher, this fight was just like charlo vs rosado and charlo won, Vazquez stays on his bike from beginning to end and he wins, srl vs Duran 2 ray boxes his ears off, Floyd was a known runner he wins Algeri vs Provo same deal but vs the cash cow n a Ppv view fight it's a disgrace and u lose I just wish it was an open scoreboard and certain things adds and subtracts from your score and @ the end clear cut winner, I didn't know aggression and effort wins u the fight even tho u don't land. Chino damn sure didn't win and he gave way more effort and actually did damage

U sure as hell can't win by chasing and missing, I wish it was 1 way if this would have been Floyd he would've won by blowout, now for those who love brawlers I just can't see 9-3 in no way

Non stop effective pressure like what Shawn porter displays, it seems to me that that is the only chance u have to beat these guys like Floyd, Bhop, ridondeaux ect. is to come in swinging and overwhelm these guys, now what comes to my mind is how Floyd handled hatton, but hatton didn't come in swinging he waited till he got inside then started swinging. How can u beat these guys?

I've noticed in a many fights that when the fighter with the bigger name or like Paulie said "the more politically connected fighter" is in trouble or hurt inside the ring the ref gives way more time for the fighter to recover than they r supposed to like last night I think Pearson probably would have been stopped when he got hurt if he wasn't connected, and badu jack should have been stopped after the first kd when he was standing but very wobbly what do u guys think?
