Garcia absolutely destroy's any version of Rios

I think Rios is a shot fighter now and no longer a match for a top welterweight like Garcia. Garcia is much too skillful for today's Rios who has become even easier to hit than ever. I think Garcia would beat the hell out of Rios and get the KO or TKO win.
