Vitali is no amateur now, he has vastly improved while Oleg has not improved much. His weak chin will betray him. Right now, I can't see him winning against Vitali.
IMHO JMM is the greatest challenge for PAC, even greater than EM ...
It's because of his boxing style.....Pacman's style is tailor-made for Marquez.....but it doesn't mean that Pacman will not beat him.....afterall, Pacman has the equalizer, his great left hand. :) :) :)
I think Pac will really worked on his uppercut, right hook, and jab for this fight. Morales will not trade with Pac no matter what he says. Pac will keep pressure on him and eventually catch him.
I totally agree with you!!! :) :) :)
James Toney is ranked in the top 5
of all heavyweights and all he beat
was old Holyfield and one unknown guy
named Booker who aint even that good.
Hes over rated in the heavyweight
division.
Beating a shot Holyfied and a no name Booker is not enough to make Toney a great contender in the HW division. He has a lot to prove before he can be considered as such. Time is not on his side, so he should start quick now. :) :) :)
No one is unbeatable! But I think he would beat Gatti though. He will only have that aura of invincibility if he will fight and beat all the king pins of the welterweights, no more no less.
Morales is a boxer with a strong chin, his not known for his knockout punch. If Morales can withstand Pacmans best punches and throw a barrage of punches as he always do he can win a decision. As for Pacman, he also has a strong chin, he is a heavy hitter kind of a fighter. He can give u a world of pain. I bet Morales hasnt fought a fighter like Pacman. If Pacman can sneak his left hooks through Morales defenses, I think he can give Morales his first taste of a knockdown. So this is how I see it ends. Morales decision or Pacman by KO.
I honestly believe that Pacman is also capable of winning by decision, but how I wish that it would be by KO. :) :) :)
i think cotto will get his ass handed to him by pbf. pbf is just to damn skilled. pbf is a complete fighter and will be p4p best once hopkins losses or leaves
But based on his recent fights, he's not that so effective at 140 as compared to his performance at the lower weight. :p
Which fighter is the most durable fighter in boxing today, so durable that it seems impossible that he would be ko'ed? How about elusiveness, can't get ko'ed without being hit. Who's KO loss would surprise you the most? Here are my picks:
Vitali Klitschko
James Toney
Bernard Hopkins
Antonio Margarito
Miguel Cotto
Jose Luis Castillo
I can't see any of these guys getting ko'ed.
I think Cotto is still untested in the chin department! Not just yet...
We haven't seen what Cotto can do when he faces someone worthy. Can Cotto take a punch as good as he can give it. Mayweather would be too fast and elusive for Cotto.
PBF may be fast but there's always that possibility that Cotto will be able to hit him. We can only speculate...
thats one thing everyone can agree on is that this is going to be a great fight. early candidate for fight of the yr. they got styles that have classic written all over it. i just hope that there is no excuses after the fight from either camp.
Yeah...this will surely be a great fight and may the best man win.
Its clear that Williams is the underdog but what is his best chance of winning? If you were Williams how would you attempt to cause a huge upset?
:) :) :)
I think the only way he would beat Vitali is to transform his body into steel, by that, he would surely hurt Vitali's hands and would be forced to quit.
Floyd Mayweather Jr., thought to be pound for pound either 1 or 2, has selected a perfunctory opponent as his next test: Henry Bruseles. Bruseles, 21-2 (13 KO), is a Puerto Rican fighter who has no recognizable names on his record. The fight is scheduled to take place January 22, 2005 in Miami, Florida. This fight is simply a Roy Jones-esque showcase so one sided, I would've sworn Don King was his promoter. This is not the way to make your case as pound for pound the best. No word on if HBO will elect to broadcast the contest.
:) :) :)
I could take this one as a tune up for a bigger fight in the near future. Some great champs have their tune up fights once in a while.
