when diaz laned they seemed to hurt peters so i dont think there is anyway that peters can handle Vits power and relentless attack VK by easy KO I agree, everyone is saying Peter doesn't care if he's hit, that he'll walk right through big shots, but Diaz really made him think about coming in, and Diaz isn't a big puncher, in fact, I'd even say VK jab would be as hard as Diaz's right hand, bottom line, this guy's not ready now, and he may never be.

I hope Peter meant Vlad & not Vitali. Even then both of them will probably stretch him anyway at this point.

Peter has a lot more to prove before he's even considered for a match against Vitali. Like asian senation said, let's see him against some real competition first and then reassess his chances.

The best way to make a name for a boxer is to call out a champion and then tell everyone that he doesn't want to fight. He knows that Klichko doesn't win anything by fighting him at the moment so why not talk about it?

Ever since 2000, I've been hearing all this stuff about Peter being the next Ibeabuchi. The fact is, he's not. Ibeabuchi was a quick, heavy handed brawler with surprising boxing skills. Peter is the next David Tua. He's a heavy handed puncher who doesn't set you up, just blows you away. I think Vitali and Chris Byrd would be the 2 worst match ups he could ever face. I think right now the guys he should be looking at are Monte Barrett and Fres Oquendo, with a goal of taking on Lamon Brewster or John Ruiz.

how bout we see peter against a LIVE body before discussing a title shot... like maybe barrett, whitaker, mccline or harris.... on another note, RJ must have a death wish, disrespecting VK by saying give peter his shot now... everytime he opens his mouth to say something bad abvout VK he gets KTFO.....

at least 2-3 more convincing wins and he'll be ready for the bigwigs in the HW division. this guy can really hurt anybody out there. he is relentless and has quick hands. his defense and boxing skills are a bit of a suspect tho. i was impressed the way he beat yanqui diaz last night. this guy is going places. he's probably the next guy who can reinvigorate the HW division's sagging stature in the near future. agreed! I think if he trimmed down the fat a bit, it might help his speed..which is a good tool to have no matter what weight!
