Well...go watch the fight and see?
NO ONE IS SAYING HE DIDNT WIN.
BUT if the question is "How does a guy land thousands of punches and make the other fighter quit while running away?"
The answer is still "Ask Klit and Mayweather"
Of course someone with Gatti as an avatar is going to say that. If only people could watch a fight like the one today without talking shit later and give props to two guys who had a good bout. You would only appreciate it if Vitali put his fuc.king head right on Areolas fist and took some mad brain damage/guts or glory win. Get a fu.cking clue!
BULLSHIT.. what forums have I been bashing the Klit brothers?? I was actually always a fan of Wladimir until he started holding in every fight and leaning on his opponent.. Dont make statements you cant back up you asshole.. Show me some proof of what forum im on bashing the Klits you dipshit.
Ahhhhh, the old "I used to be a fan" crap. Please, people aren't 11 here.

WBA heavyweight champion Nikolai Valuev has given an exclusive interview to *********.com in which he speaks about his upcoming fight against former WBC/WBA/WBO cruiserweight champion David Haye on November 7th in Germany. It had been previously announced that Haye would fight against WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko on September 12, but the British hope then decided to challenge for Valuev’s title instead.
Hello, Niko! I am glad to see you again!
Hi, Alex! *********.com best regards!
Niko, news about your fight with Haye has left many shocked. How quickly did you make a decision to take this fight?
Negotiations were conducted very quickly. It didn’t take long for me to think about and agree to this fight. I am sure that I’m better than him.
You knew that Haye would pull out of the fight with Vitali Klitschko?
Yes, I knew about it, but Vitali has not followed through on his promises. Several months ago Vitali and I spoke by phone and agreed to have a fight between us. Then Vitali stopped speaking to me. I communicated this to my promoter and they informed me that Klitschko doesn’t wish to fight me. What should I do after that? Wait? But by the time of this fight I’ll have not fought for nearly a year. A strong contender is necessary for me. I have chosen Haye. Unlike Team Klitschko, we have quickly come to an agreement with him.
Now having selected Vitali’s planned opponent, do you think this could cost you a fight against the Klitschkos?
If the Klitschko brothers wish to claim all the titles, they should fight me.
Haye hasn’t always proved to be a gentleman. You know about his t-shirt depicting the chopped-off heads of the Klitschko brothers. Are you ready for such treatment?
I think that will only make it worse for Haye! He will not distract me from my psychological balance. I have immunity to such things. And if he does manage to provoke me, he will be held responsible in the ring!
Why have you have chosen Haye? He’s not the official challenger on your title.
It’s my voluntary defense and I can fight with whomever I want.
The WBA’s mandatory challenger John Ruiz is protesting the fight and demanding through his lawyers that the WBA not authorize a fight between you and Haye.
Who is John Ruiz? To me it’s scandalous that he lives all his life in court in front of a judge. I’ve already beat him two times. I’m much stronger than him. He is not interesting to me as a challenger!
What about the fact that Haye has had only one fight in the division since officially moving to heavyweight?
He was the world champion at cruiserweight. He is very fast and dangerous, but I know that I’ll win. I’ll look at his fights, I’ll study him. I know he likes to talk for long amounts of time, but I will make the fight short.
Haye has stated that he refused the fight against Klitschko because of a bad contract. What conditions did Haye demand?
I don’t know. Ask my promoter. But I think it wasn’t the money. I know that Klitschko offered bad conditions for Haye. I even looked at the contract. These conditions were awful! The Klitschko brothers think only of their own benefit when make contracts for their opponents.
When you will begin preparation for fight?
For two weeks I’ve been preparing for the fight. Now I’m preparing in Russia, then I’ll have my main camp in Germany.
Are you afraid that Haye will pull out of the fight as he did with the Klitschko brothers?
No. After dealing with Ruslan Chagaev, now I’m not afraid of anything.
Am I missing something? Where is this so called evidence of the Klitchko's being a) evil money grabbing whores b) sucking at boxing c) being afraid of the most god awful boxer to ever lace up a set of gloves d) being afraid of a roided up pom with NO heavyweight wins worth $hit? I just read a fairly run-of-the-mill interview complete with one boxer's unsubstantiated accusations that air every single week here. You guys would form one totally shit jury in court. Evidence my ass you amatuer hour f.uckwits. If thats evidence then I walked on the moon and I'm Neil Armstrong you dumb ass yank wankers. There, I wrote it and you assholes read it, it must be true.....right?
The funiest thing about this thread is why compare Tua's chin with Chaegev's when they both fought the same man and the results are pretty obvious. Every ****wit in this thread needs a medal.
*Cue the "Tua was young....blah blah blah" bullshit*
Bunch of pretenders.
It's pretty funny how losers behind keyboards like us are disrespecting a guy who has tried to take on the big names. He gave up his physical superiority that made him lethal at 160 to fight a guy with vastly more experience. What's even better is that Pavlik has probably gained alot from getting his ass kicked tonight. Probably moreso than all of his well deserved victories. Hopkins walked straight up to him after the bit of shoving at the end and said that he shouldn't let this destroy him and that he will become a great fighter. I'd say he's more likely to know than any e-warriors. I've said many times that Pavlik had looked quite vunerable against Talor and that Taylor was the more skilled boxer, yet Pavlik has great heart and won his two bouts quite well. Hopkins was just too unpredictable for a straight up fighter like Pavlik and he needs to loosen up and learn some ring smarts.
peter was worn out by toney ... even mccline knocked him down
vitali couldn do that .. peter was never the same after toney
got thru with him
More like Toney wasn't the same after SP v JT 2 where Toney was beaten soundly. Now get off Toneys old shrivelled balls.
This must be some kind of thread to fire people up. Kessler gave Calzaghe one hell of a fight, much better than faded Roy. He beat Mundine, knocked Beyer out cold, slammed Andrade all night, beat down Siaca and Lucas in TKO victories. Great technique, good power, great chin. OP is an attention whore.
Just finished watching and I feel that Wlad isn't going to be for everyone. You can see why he was a gold medalist in the day. He's doing alot more in there than the average "Ï just wanna see blood/Tyson/Haye/Peter" type of boxing fans are going to notice. Against an opponent Rahman's height, he is making him avoid pulling the trigger by amazing use of range, position and a jab which shocks the head far more than a veiwer sitting on the lounge realises. That jab broke Rahman's will to trade very early. It would be incredibly hard to fight Wlad and I think it was an awesome boxing clinic. Rahman was made to look very average because actually being in the ring with Wlad and hitting him is not an easy task and one Rahman had 0 answers for. Rahman is going to get a hiding in here, but it's still the Rahman that fought Toney to a draw - he's no different, it's just harder to fight Wlad as he has alot of talent, speed, power and height. He also isn't the Wald of old who was trying to destroy opponents in 3 rounds leaving that chin where it can be hit.
I saw Haye v Maccinarelli and I feel that this quick hands/quick movement tag Haye has would be exposed very quickly. He isn't that fast, is somewhat flatfooted and Wlad looked very light on his feet for such a tall fighter tonight. He was darting in and out and using range with the gloves and chin so well that he looked a fighter from a much lighter class. Also I think Wlad is cutting down on rediculous amounts of muscle because he looked lean and very well conditioned. Unless you can feign unsteadiness to bring Wlad in for the kill and then fire away with a "wish and a prayer bomb", he'll just school most heavies with a painful boxing lesson.
It's real funny years after the Lacy fight just how many floggers there are out there. According to just about everyone at the time, and I remember it well, Lacy was going to, no shit, kill Calzaghe. The die hard Calzaghe fans didn't agree, but the general concensus was that Calzaghe was a lunatic for taking the fight and he was over hyped and going to be a shadow of the fighter he was after stepping in the ring with Lacy. Well I know who was a shadow of a fighter after that bout. Sure Lacy looks like shit nowadays, but he was somewhat unstoppable before that match. Calzaghe smashed him into a shell that he cannot return. You can say he was one dimensional and blah, blah, blah but I ****ing guarantee every ****ing hater ****wit here had money on Lacy and are still raw about it.
Calzaghe suffered from bad management more than any single thing in his career. I believe he knew he was capable of bringing down the US greats, which he has done now, allbeit after their primes and indeed his own prime. In the UK however, he was Frank Warrens cash cow and obviously protected from any would be threats. Any logical boxing fan can look back and sumise that with Calzaghe not being a prime fighter himself, that if allowed to take risks would have cleaned out Hopkins and RJJ at an earlier date, which would have had US boxing fans hanging themselves in the streets. You'd be a ****wit hater to disagree. I mean he beat them and everybody else put in front of him. He just has an answer to all the puzzles, from dirty ****ing fighters like Bika to super wanking showboaters like RJJ, to powerhouses like Kessler, to old school foul-a-thons like Hopkins. No fighter has an answer so far to Calzaghe though, so why not respect? Most fighters come unstuck through their careers with even journeymen or gatekeeper fighters, but if you've been undefeated since you were a British school boy champion and you can't get respect from internet worms like the freaks that frequent this site, well the world is a ****ing hilarious place. Goodnight cockheads.
.....
he was basically explaining to him that while yes it's true you're amazing and everything but the guys he's defeating to establish this greatness are so unskilled in terms of technical Boxing that it's sad for him to see.
he didn't deny what Hopkins said about himself or his strategies he simply pointed out that the guy who he executed it against is much like a lot of fighters today he lacked the fundamental tools that it takes to fight a guy like Bernard and Teddy was just disappointed, not in Hopkins tho in Pascal and people whom like Pacal don't know how to adapt in a fight which a lot of people nowadays surprisingly can't
I didn't see this fight, but if Pascal couldn't deal with right-hand leads as reported, maybe that would upset someone like Atlas.
I want to see the look on wlads face, when the fight starts, and Haye is bouncing around the ring, coming in and out with lightni ng fast combos that are hurting Wlad, before he can even land a Jab.
Have you ever even seen a Wlad fight. Unless Haye has Gadget arms, he moves in quickly and eats a lightning fast jab that feels like a right cross and moves back without throwing ad nauseum the entire fight. Wlad goes for the knockout late just to finish Hayes career with a sad protracted beating.
I think that's perhaps a sign that Pacquiao didn't invent it. MMA fighters make for horrifically bad boxers.
At 2.45 the very slick Tommy Morrison throws the same punch with from an orthodox stance.
That was one hell of a punch.
**** Haye and his 50%. He is a fraud. Even 60/40 is a reach. He got buzzed by Monte "toy gunz" Barrett who was still concussed after faceplanting in an awsome ring entrance failure. Haye is a showman and anyone buying his horse **** just reinforces his successful car salesman antics. The sooner this clown is lifted of his belt, the better.
Wlad is probably going to hit 60 fights before hes finished. He is a 55 fight veteran, all of which are in the heavyweight division. Since 2006 he has only fought top 10 competition. He is undefeated in 7 years. He has fought bigger punchers, faster fighters, better chins and guys with way more experience.
David haye is a 25 fight veteran. His foray into heavyweight has had him on the deck versus Monte Barrett and getting tagged by John Ruiz of all people.
Wlad has climbed under the ropes so many times, why do people think it will affect him come fight night. This is a mismatch of epic proportions and Wlad is just trying to sell it. HAye is just trying anything and everything to help span the massive deficiency in experience, size, skill, power, technique etc etc etc.
Was Rahman for example ranked in the top10 when they fought? I doubt that very much.

Read the notes hero.
no real reason given...none neccessary
just he beats them all on guile and craft...no home refs...no elbows needed....no fouls neccessary...dont need no hometown judges......i just sees it...i just knows it....andre ward never done did NOTHING
wrong and took on all comers ...just too bad these old fockers waited too long to turn pro and get their whoopin...
in fact all these focks ducked ward...dey like the same age but only got like TWENTY FOIGHTS!!!! what da deal wit dat doe?!?!?!?!
Did you say stops? Or beats?
Lmfaoo Floyd is only felt by guys and thats why there ARE PAPERS OF HIM AND ELLERBE GETTING MARRIED IN VEGAS AT 4AM LAST MONTH AND ESPN TOOK THE ARTICLE DOWN PER REQUEST OF HAYMON LLC. REPORTS SAY THEY HAD A DRUNK NIGHT AND ENDED IN THAT AFTER S3X
Lol wut? Ellerbe been trying for that Floyd dong for years. Don't tell me he finally landed it.
WoW
For real , you gonna go down that road
The guy lost , that’s all
I do think quite a few posters will need medical attention though
This dude is obviously having a laugh. I'd say channeling all the bs post fight after Brewster did exactly the same thing to Wlad.
Those hooks in the side of your head can make you look gassed and f***d for the whole rest of the fight.
He can laugh all he fughin wants
For all the trashing he does about Wilder ( which I don’t give two fughs about ) , he should check his own posts
Now that’s chit is funny
I think these guys cheer more for Hearn than the boxer
Then again he is 15 years old
What he’s learning I already forgot
Well I think I'm gonna disagree. I think the Wlad reference is pretty good and quite apt for this fight. No doubt AJ fans will start the "something was up with AJ" threads. The way I read that comment, was that dude was on point with the satire.
Something WAS up with him alright, and that's he was smacked hard in the head, just like Brewster did to Wlad.
Casuals acting like the underdog was never a threat. We got Ruiz, Johansson, Douglas, McCall, Rahman, Schmelling, Brewster, Braddock, Willard, Sanders etc etc etc.
These guys get their shot and they grab it with both hands. Wallin has been around a while now and did what he needed to do. Fury also did what he needed to do and didn't lose. Same as Wilder. Wilder is called a bum every day and he's been behind in fights but still hasn't succumbed to a loss to the underdog yet by getting it done.
Chill the **** out and lets keep it real.
The amount of roids he'd have to take to get to fight at heavyweight would probably kill him.
The amount of roids he'd have to take to fight at heavyweight would probably turn him male.
Well out of those highlights, that ali funeka guy seemed to have a wicked chin and Horn managed to crack it. I guess its gonna be down to the difference in levels and we'll see just what level Horn is at.
besides being exhausted and emotional which is commendable after an effort like that...I dunno, I'm kinda worried about the body language. Guy needs to be getting checks in hospital.
Guys with iron chins that eventually get cracked are the worst for lasting damage to careers. Hope he can keep that holyfield toughness going and not just fold from here on out. Not cool to go out the way he did from a health perspective.
Carl Frampton on the streets or in a ring, id fukin destroy this guy and i wouldnt be proud of it either.
Who do you think u cAn fuk up?
See how you go with the womens strawweights and move up from there if successful.
