For ages my mate kept telling me to watch Dunne fight. He kept saying that he was gonna be huge. About a year and a half ago I finally got round to it, and Kiko Martinez floored him 3 times in round one. Havent seen him fight since but was planning on watching this (I'm guessing its on RTE right?)
I'm guessing I just caught him on a bad night, everyone has them, but is he any good?
Anyway, as another fellow Irishman I wish him all the best.
haha some day to watch his first fight, i think he just got over confident and was punished for it, think it will work out good in the long run for him, yeah he is good, long reach at that weight and uses that to set up everything, drops his hands a bit to much but not as much since kiko got him ha, but i think his jab will be key in this fight and he always makes for an exciting fight

there is no doubt that he is smaller on top, id be interested in seeing how big his legs are now, i heard they have been worked on alot, with roachs idea being that the stronger his legs the better punch he could take.

i can see what your sayin alright but in my opinion, no not really, most of the all time greats only have loses cause they fighting past there prime, joe and mayweather have no loses cause they have retired early, although mayweather retires to get more money for come back fights, but if you look at ali whos first defeat was to smokin joe after a 3 year lay off, prime ali beats joe as he went on to prove, then the rest of his defeats were when he was past it, id rather fighters retire early if that means still being undefeated u cant say he is any less great cause he remains undefeated, you cant say they have not proven they have heart or that because joe has come back from knock downs 3 times to win and mayweather was rocked bad by judah

there is no way joe would risk losing for the first time in front of his home fans in wales by fighting some one as dangerous as hopkins.... which i feel would be the case if they fought again!!!! id enjoy it tho
