There are 3 possible outcomes to this fight.
1)Pac by stoppage
2)Pac by decision
3)Cotto by stoppage
There is no way in hell Cotto is winning this fight on points.
I agree.......Cotto must end it and not let the judges decide the outcome.......
one possibilty I am afraid of.......Powers that be favors Pac to win for a superfight with FMJ, so I hope Cotto brings the small guy down early.........
GO my man COTTO GO..............Prove the so-called experts who dismisses you as a "has been" wrong, there is no bigger STAGE, TIME and OPPORTUNITY to do it than this.......this is your PARTY, this is your stage.........bring it to the Pacman...

Cotto: ¨Many thought that I would not be able to make the weight. The pose that I did was not for Manny´s corner, it was specifically for Roach. He gloated in the whole promotion that weight would be a factor. He is dissapointed.¨
Santiago: ¨I told him a few times that Miguel did 145. They compared us with Floyd Mayweather Jr. Miguel is different, he´s a responsible athlete who will make the weight that was agreed on contract¨.
¨Miguel will step up at around 155-158. Now, I assure you that the MIDGET will not step up at more than 148¨.
¨I told Roach to look at the weight. He has been questioning Miguel´s ability to make 145. I told him in Spanish, as a Puertorican¨ (So he told him ¨145 pendejo¨).
Roach
¨Santiago called me asshole, and I am not going to let anyone call me asshole. Now Manny will really KO Cotto ¨.
I think Roach antics backfired on him, it didn't take much from Team Cotto to get his attention...........I am worried for Cotto coz of the much publicized speed of the Pacman but I hope Cotto comes in like the Cotto we used to know and put the Pacman where he belongs.......in the Lightweight Div..
I thought Cotto would be too big for Pac come fight time but it looks to me like he's not rehydrated too well.......he's look light but fit, any idea how much Cotto weigh tonight?
agree. he doesn;t look big or thick tonight...anxious to know his weight. could be 153.
If he's at 153 then I think he's in trouble coz he's not big enough, Pacquiao's too fast at 148 I guess, not much difference in weight, I hope he can negate that with power......
It sounds like Eubank is already trying to get out of the fight by making Sky the fall guy. I sincerely hope this fight happens just based on how much these guys run their mouths. The fight isn't signed and they are already talking massive amounts of trash. They should ask Curtis Stevens how well that worked out for him. Golovkin doesn't talk back, he just punishes you in the ring. That Stevens fight could have been over in the 3rd round. Instead he beat on him for 8 rounds and made him quit in his corner. Eubanks would be lucky to get knocked out early.
clear as day, Eubank is singing tunes of the fight not happening, already got an alibi, he should put his mouth in his ass....
Bradley would adjust and beats JMM, Bradley has never been beaten and has faced a number of guys who are undefeated and took their "0" away from them. Nobody beats Bradley except for Floyd.
If you are an athlete you know BHop did quit, he is finished in boxing, he fights ugly and holds a lot. Against other opponents I would think he should be penalized for holding too much-this is not wrestling or mixed martial arts, this is boxing Mr. Hopkins. Against Dawson, he got nudged a little and behave like a prima donna, everybody knows that that is his way out. He got hit by a punch and he probably realized he can't outsmart the guy in front of him. Chad looked big, strong and quicker than him, BHop looked old and can't land a single punch. After he lands on the canvass he must've thought that this is his opportunity to bail out and outsmart Chad but he didn't outsmart the third man in the ring. In the End I think BHop got what he deserved, down on the canvass wrestling style. CALL IT A DAY Mr. Hopkins and do boxing a favor.
I doubt it, Mayweather's been selecting his opponents, fighting Martinez would be a step up in competition. He's taking a big gamble if the fight gets made and Floyd doesn't gamble his record, he doesn't want to let go of his "0". Floyd will never fight a real competition. So the chances of this fight getting done is "0" just like his record.
Linares seems to me was still in the fight, he never tasted the canvass and he was ahead on points. I was surprised the ref stooped the fight but maybe he saw something that I did not. Anyway, Linares got hit a lot in the 11th and was fading, bloodied and looked tired but I still felt it was stopped too soon for I felt Linares still has it. Maybe the ref just doesn't want him to take more punishment and his face was bath with blood.
I don't like the guy because he fights only those he feels he can beat and does not gamble against legitimate contenders such as Cotto, Margarito, Clotttey, Mosley to name a few in their prime, however, I could not help but admire the guy for his defense although I would want to watch a fight go toe to toe that's why I find this guy's fight a little boring but defense wise I think he is the best I've ever seen in my lifetime.
Slippery slope there- Hatton's in-fighting always involved a lot of mauling, grappling and holding. When I think traditional in-fighting, I think of Corrales/Castillo 1.
That fight was D' All Time Great for me.............
im filipino and i do believe 100% marquez won the fight by landing more clean, solid and crunchier punches than pacroid. Sige bigyan nyo ako ng manga insults wala akong pake elam! Marquez won! Pagod na ako sa mg mayayabang na pilipino. Oh ano ka ngayon?! Lol stupid ass nuthuggers
and theres my proof that im filipino (who believes marquez owned pac) just in case some uneducated kid tries to say "oh you dont like pacquiao?! You must be a ______"...
2x...................
I don't think Tim is afraid of Amir, he's got too much action in the ring with guys better than Amir yet he beat them all. I thought he just got tired of his promoter Gary Shaw that he declined even the biggest purse offered to him yet. As I remembered his fight against Devon (another undefeated fighter before facing Tim) was a big flop. Clearly his promoter didn't get the job right and that is Gary Shaw.
hahaha..it's first now that Bob Arum gives his approval of making the fight, when Caballero is completely shot and Juanma lost his 0...another sign that the match making in boxing is corrupt these days
so sad:peeright:Bob is such a businessman, he puts his interest first and boxing takes a backseat..
