I think Cotto could keep Ortiz at bay with his jab.
Ortiz lacks a effective jab.
That could be the difference.
Could look a little like Cotto-Mosley.
This is the way I see it.
Floyd likes to fight of the ropes. I hope he wants to try that with Cotto. The banging body shots and keeping him on the ropes and those over hand rights will connect. Cotto has a helluva chance.
That is going to be one of the key strategies of this fight can Cotto get him against the ropes and bang away. :boxing:
mayorga is getting to cotto
It might just be the other way around Mayorga is getting frustrated that Cotto is not playing his mind games. We will see what happens at the weight in.. I think Mayorga wants to push him or something to see how Cotto will react.
There was this couple Mr.& Mrs. Alvares that had been married for 20 years. Every time they made love the husband always insisted on shutting off the lights.
Well, after 20 years Mrs. Alvares felt this was ridiculous. She figured she would break him out of this crazy habit. So one night, while they were in the middle of a wild, screaming, romantic session, she turned on the lights.
She looked down... and saw her husband was holding a battery-operated pleasure device... a vibrator! Soft, wonderful and larger than a "real one".
She went completely ballistic.
"You impotent bastard," she screamed at him, "how could you be lying to me all of these years? You better explain yourself, Mr. Alvares looks her straight in the eyes and says calmly, "I'll explain the toy... you explain me where does Saul comes from!?!."
The funny thing here is that the Cotto and Martinez fight was going to happend until Arum and DiBella started talking about the $$$$ and this fvckers got to greedy as always, but to say Miguel is scared of Martinez is bvll**** Cotto might be the only one at the moment to have the ballz to come up and face "Maravilla" Martinez.

What is not to love about Cotto the guy never backs down, he's a true fighter, never talks shit about he's opponents and everyone here has enjoy his fights or can anyone here say they waisted their money on a Cotto fight the guy is just good and very humble, but you guys are right Lampley as much as I like him he over do it a bit too much.. but the same can be say for alot of fans here they idolize their boxers.. Me, I love the sport is the best.
