LMAO luevano JAJAJAJA your too funy well if those win's make you proud then whatever btw learn how quote properly retard
You can bash all you want about my quoting or writing. I can care less. You can win that debate if you want. I'm talking boxing with you.
It seems to me that you are excluding Luevano from Mexican? He was a featherweight champion with 5-6 title defenses. Why isnt that a legit victory?
The only ones who were decent were ponce and marquez and he got owned by Salido a guy with 11 L's and he took out your p4p best fighter according to the ring :crackhead
How long have you been following Juanma anyways? What about Steven Luevano or Jose Alonso? and it still proves my point, he beats multiple fighters and loses to 1. Salido has only lost 3 times in nearly 6-7 years and 2 of those loses were to GAMBOA & MARQUEZ so Salido is no 11 loss type fighter you are making him out to be.
spics want to talk numbers? okay Mexico has the most champs then any other country 5x more then welfare island Mexico boxeo>>>>>changos QUOTE]
Here is where you begin with out of topic post. What point are you making with 5x more than any country?? That mexico has more champions?...ok. Good for you. I'm talking about the rival in the ring. The rivalry between Puerto Rico-Mexico is in the ring and fights amongst each other. Some of you are quick to say Puerto Ricans are owned by mexicans in boxing and all I'm doing is stating a few facts. Juanma beats 13 mexicans and 1 happens to beat him and yet Mexicans own Juanma. Each one of those numbers BP has on his sig are facts. Yes you guys produce great champions and I'm a fan of many and yes some of the best fights come when both countries get in the ring but to say Mexico owns Puerto Rico in the ring, then thats were I ask for you to make your argument.
ortiz looked to take some good punches
and against margarito cotto neglected the body and was playing the boxer, so i dont think he stops ortiz
but ortiz is open for punches
and doesnt have a chin like margarito
cotto's jab would earn him pts
and ortiz chin hangs out there so much i'd be shocked if a prime cotto wouldnt find it regularly
The pre-Margarito, Cotto would outbox and eventually KO Vic. The current Cotto would still outbox and possibly KO Vic.
Cotto looks bad against fighters who have good defense, pressure fighters and fighters faster then himself which none of those are Vic. Cotto is a better boxer, bigger puncher, more experienced fighter and has a jab and hard body shots that will slowly make Vic quit.
Vic barely beat Berto and Berto was just a media hyped fighter to help push the new generation of young fighters. Cotto has been in with the best and has looked really good or had spurts where he looked good in ALL his fights.
lol @ gomez being on the level of ortiz ,cotta would get stopped the only way he wins is if he low blows ortiz 1 million times like he did vs zab
i never seen gomez quit like a hoe unlike ortiz. prime cotto destroys ortiz.
lol usually if you start the sentence by saying your not biased it means you are biased:kabong:
:grumble: ...so says the person with Segura in his avi, Mexican fighters in a long list, and Mexican fighters who dethroned undefeated Puerto Rican fighters...
I was rooting for Ortiz against Andre Berto and against Peterson, Maidana, and everything but I just don't see Ortiz beating THAT Cotto.
And to the guy who said it would be like a replay of Cotto vs. Gómez...you're out of your mind! Show Victor Ortiz some respect! Alfonso Gómez is nowhere near the level of Victor Ortiz. Comparing Gómez to Victor is just...ugh. :nonono:
Cotto before that fight didnt think as much as he seems to now, he just reacted and let his natural ability take over, and he had no fear
I voted for UD.
I am NOT biased, regardless of my username but I'll be honest: that Cotto (Margarito or pre-Margarito) didn't get scuffed up like he does now, had a thicker build, looked much better than today...
Ortiz really looks like the move to 147 helped him. His physique looked better, he didn't seem really tired or anything but even then I think he loses to THAT Cotto.
There was no way Ortiz would've taken those punches Cotto threw at Margarito. Granted, I'd have to take into consideration the southpaw stance, Ortiz's snappier punching, explosive power, his different style...but I'd still bet on Cotto winning by late stoppage or a 116-112 or 117-113 decision.
