I thought it was a decent watch, and I hope Sky Sports take it forward with various fighters and ex-fighters.
With a big fight coming up, and it possibly being PPV, I thought Froch had his promotion hat on and was trying to be the 'main event.'
Interesting that Mosley wanted to fight Hatton, I would like to have seen that fight even though both are way past their best.
It's a sad reflection on Malignaggi that I reckon Mosley can beat him.
Smashing up his shoulder might be as good a tactic as any, but variation is the key in my opinion. With Floyd, I think you can get to him early on in fights but he adjusts so well as it progresses.
The bigger the fight, the better Burns performs. I have a feeling he might stop Vasquez.
In saying that, I wouldn't be surprised at any outcome in this fight.
Ricky left high and dry again. He's been inactive for about 6 months. He's got rocks in his head if he doesn't change promoters now.
So that's only Cleverley left on that card now. People spent a lot of money on tickets and accommodation for this. A ****ing joke.
The common perception of boxing is that it's just about violence. What about something along the lines of how boxing can help win fight against anti-social behaviour.
Good luck with it whatever you decide to do.
he doesnt need to reveal his private health problems to anyone but its obvious
my guess is an MRI revealed brain scarring, most boxers, including active guys like Pacquiao probably have it, with varying degrees depending on the damage they sustained. once u damage your brain, it aint ever going to repair itself, it will only get worse with age
Kats really had no defense and was a bleeder, always taking the biggest shots to his head.
cant be good, but its a good decision to stop and prevent any further permanent damage
I agree. The guy is a warrior who will fight anyone and not take a backwards step. Health has to come first, and hopefully he hasn't sustained serious damage.
He was very unlucky not to have held a full world title. I have never heard anyone say bad word against the guy. He sees to be tremendously respected in boxing and I wish him well.
Hatton was having a nightmare in the fight anyway, so the KO wasn't completely unexpected.
Pacquiao getting KTFO came out of nowhere. OK, he had already been put on his arse, but he was very much in the fight.
No I think Haye is one of the more entertaining and better heavyweights.
Doesn't seem like he's interested in putting himself into a mandatory position for the Klitschkos, instead relying on the fight happening due to big money that can be made.
