Vasquez vs Burns is off!!

I'm not really familiar with warrens dealings but I read a small article that implicated that warren uses the "bait and switch" often but didn't really know what he meant, so you kinda clarified it thanks Yes he has been doing this for a long time, even during his Naseem hamed days and especially during Ricky Hatton WBU run. It was only when Hatton threaten to leave him that we got Kosta Tsyzu, he would basically say my fighter is fighting this guy (Someone who is either a titleholder or a well known name or both) the fight is announced and tickets are now on sale, then two weeks before the fight the other side either never agreed to anything or he didn't fulfill his contractual obligations and then he would blame the other side for pulling out by asking " for too much money" and by "chance" he already has another fighter training to take the named fighters place on a "two weeks notice" but not really because that was the real fighters from the beginning... I got burned twice by Warren pulling off this same stunt and the reason why I dislike that Knut.

Well that sucks. I was looking forward to it.

He would use the names of his fighters opponents to get fans to buy ticket then the fighter would miraculously pull out of some shet, I would burn by this between 2001-2004 when he use this same tactics with Ricky Hatton when instead of Sharmba Mitchell we got a TBA/Some mini cab driver on "Shot notice". Broner vs Burns for May 4th???? That's what immoderately came to my mind. What if Vasquez, who seemed unhappy with tha contract for te burns fight, got some step aside money to allow a broner burns showdown

We've been hearing this fight might be off for weeks. Not a surprise. Time for Broner-Burns, I guess.

Ricky left high and dry again. He's been inactive for about 6 months. He's got rocks in his head if he doesn't change promoters now. So that's only Cleverley left on that card now. People spent a lot of money on tickets and accommodation for this. A ****ing joke.

It doesn't matter, Broner beats everyone in that weight class, Burns, Vasquez, no matter. As I said with Donaire, neither of them will lose until they settle at the weight class they should be at. Broner is a big kid, he probably won't lose until he gets to 140-147. They are just big, strong and skilled for the weight classes they are in. I was not sold on Broner after the DPDL fight and I am not saying he is Floyd pt. 2 but he is just going to keep getting better.

Hmmm all those money disputes and now hes sick? seems fishy. Not just accusing Vasquez, Warren could be to blame also. Was looking forward to this fight :nonono:
