I think people who have actually had tough lives at very different from those who just imagine they did ("badasses" and "thugs" and whatnot) while actually being protected brats.
Beware of grinning dorks from wartorn lands.
That could be it. "Just one guy, no guns? No problem, this is box!":lol1:
The way I see it, Murray has only one chance to survive: get on GGGs chest and stay there. Make it an ugly brawl, smother Golovkin, shove, clinch, kick him when the ref doesn´t see. I don´t think any MW can outbox, outpunch or outsmart GGG so make it a bar fight. Who knows, Gennady might get frustrated and start making mistakes..? Don´t get me wrong, GGG is one of my fav active fighters. I just want to see more than three rounds this time :boxing:
Golovkin is one tough mf, we all know that by now (a few Ward nut huggers excluded). But how can he always be so happy, respectful and polite when he´s not in the ring? He smiles like he never had a bad day in his life and that´s what really puzzles me. What does it take to make him lose his cool and what happens when he does? Not sure I want to know, just wondering. - I hope we get to see more than three rounds this time.
I really hope Wlad retires. I think he gave 100% everything he had left - both camp and fight - and he can´t do it again. AJ on the other hand learned more than he´s learned during his whole pro career this far and he should go after the other trinket holders ASAP.
Canelo is a sad little piece of ****. He should be stripped ASAP. What´s next, Khan wins and defends against LSC? Canelo and ODLH are a disgrace and should be banned from the sport for good.
If that's how it ends up going, he's had a great career and he will leave a legacy of having fought the best that was available to him, rare in this era.
Agreed. Old school match making and a kind of old school style of fighting, very hard on the fighter but a lot of fun for the fans.
Neither has an iron chin. The difference is in power: Wlad can probably take Fury´s light arm punches but Fury can´t take too many of Wlad´s power punches. Not much room for error for Fury.
Should be rooting for your older man then, anyone can keep in great shape it just requires a lot of dedication.
I want Wladimir to carry on for as long as he can If he can break that record of Joe Louis then by all means he definitely should do it, he's already set so many records in his division he's a legend win or loss.
Oh I am rooting for the grown up, but I realize that HW boxing might get a big boost if Fury wins so.. win - win, as long as it´s a good fight. :boxing:
The closer the fight gets the more im thinkn Fury will be the one lookn to clinch. Vlad beats him on the outside before getn inside and finishing whats left of Fury...i think we get Vlad at his finest, i think itll be his last great performance honestly.
I hope you are right, the Wlad that showed up vs Pulev would absolutely demolish Fury in a few rounds. But we´ll see, I´m 40 and just staying in shape is getting harder each year so I can imagine it´s not easy for Klitschko at this stage of his career. He should call it a day before Father Time KOs him.
Sounds like Khan is really losing it, it´s not even funny any more. Floyd shouldn´t fight him, it´s just wrong to punch someone who´s mentally challenged.
i never post here but i read all the comments.
2 things i have to comment on.
1. with all due respect to Smith, he may be a champ and undefeated, but he has never even fought a B level fighter before. he doesn't have anything for Canelo in this fight, it will be a boxing lesson for as long as it lasts.
2. the Canelo-GGG debate doesn't make much sense to me, especially when people say Canelo is ducking GGG. I like both fighters and rate both as A level fighters, but GGG needs this fight more than Canelo.
Canelo is already a PPV star
Canelo fought Mayweather when he was 23 years old and on Mayweather's terms. Knowing he couldnt make 152 and knowing it was too soon in his career. Why because he knew it was his chance to become a star.
Logically you cannot come into the game and call out a PPV star on your terms, and expect a PPV split.
If GGG was that desperate for the fight, he should have done what PAC eventually did to get the Mayweather fighter and accept that he was not the A team. Take whats on offer if your only motive is the fight, and take your chances to become a PPV star.
I like GGG he is a warrior and a good fighter, but he knows the only way he is gonna make serious money and become a PPV star is by beating the star.
So he needs Canelo. simple as that
What offer? Also, by sept 2017 GGG is probably the undisputed MW champ and the Golden Girls can forget about cw and a ridiculous split.
If it looks like a duck
and sounds like a duck
it´s a (take a guess).

Please, do not quote that fraud here ever again.
Too bad I couldn´t green you at the moment.
Fcuk you Frank. When #2 and #3 fight to a questionable draw it doesn´t mean there´s a new #1. Top three is kinda interesting tho: Fury is the most skilled but lacks power and chin. DW has power and awkwardness but lacks in fundamentals. AJ has power and fundamentals but is too predictable. A few very good contenders also so the division is very much alive as long as the top ten are willing to fight each other. :boxing:
Two pikeys with a lot of skill and feather fists. And of course PEDs and Foot In Mouth Disease. So yes, they are practically twins. I still want to see Canelo vs BJS tho, I think Canelo would be frustrated as fcuk and win another very questionable decision.
Err.. Fury is 30 yo, was out of the ring for just two and a half years and already had two "fights". This would be a big win (for either) but a "historic comeback"? Bullsiht.
