They insert a sharp long needle like object into the stomach and stab the baby to death. The baby is clearly shown in fear and actually learning about the sharp object poking it, and then learns to avoid it and dodge it in fear, but ultimately gets poked to death. Abortion by stabbing is one of those crazy things that will be looked at 100s of years from now, just like we look at trephination now(Drilling a hole in someone's skull to release the "demons" from their body, when they were just mentally ill). Despite so many people being against abortion, most people are still primitive about it. These are the same people that will be talked about as "crazy and stupid" centuries from now.

They show the baby inside the stomach and the baby is clearly scared for its life, avoiding the instrument used to kill it. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I have nothing against gays but if someone else does, they are not crazy or bigoted. Many people still in 2015 have issues with homosexuality. It's still a normal thing to not like the whole gay thing.
