Mayweather won and PAC lost. Like PAC said, "I respect the judges decision." I will add that the judges' decision matter and PAC fan boys do not. It was a decent fight, we must move on now.:bottle:
I have been very critical of Jr. but he looked good against Lee. I will have more respect for him if he fights Sergio; however, we can't overlook that Jr has avoided testing, and Segio isn't in a position to demand stricter testing.
Donaire you are ducking Rigo! Save your retarded excuses. If Rigo was a bum like the South African or Arce, you would have fought him. Well at least Mares has stated that he wants to fight Rigo.
Khan is not done, he has defensive flaws and a weak chin; however, he is young and his fights are entertaining. You need to give Khan credit, he fights te best, unille Canelo and Donaire. I will definately tune in for his next fight.
 Martinez is Latino you friggin idiot.
You should check your facts before you call someone an idiot. Argentina has a large white population due to Italian and German migration. Just because they speak Spanish and are latinos doesn't mean they are not white. This is a common misconception in the US.
Sergio's issue with Cotto is rooted in some low self esteem issues. That, and perhaps a little snobbery toward the "puerto Rican" after all, Sergio is white and from Argentina. How could Cotto fail to acknowledge this. His hate for Cotto has NOTHING to do with A side B side. He thinks he is superior beyond boxing, and that Cotto should bow to the white Argentine. I can see it in his eyes. Cotto infuriates him with his strong sense of self. I guess Sergio thinks only HE can have that pride.
Argentinians are stereotyped to be arrogant; however, Martinez is actually very humble. I live in Oxnard and he has a good reputation here.
Haha Barrera is a hater. I started disliking him after the first time he fought Pacquiao. He tried head butting Pacquiao at least two time that I can remember.
Made this thread the other day. It got very little replies despite being a Mexican on Mexican fight. My guess is the Mexican fans know that if they spoke the truth, they would admit that their flavor of the month Alvarez gets his ass kicked by Vargas
Mexican here. All that has to said is Vargas fought Ike, De la Hoya, and trinidad. I like Canelo, but lets be honest his opponents are a joke; however, I think de la Hoya will be stepping up his competition from now on.
Every fighter from England sucks. That's a God given fact. That's why Lennox claimed to be from 5 other countries rather than England. If I ever wanted free training, I'd just walk into a bar in England and fight everyone in there since they would all be some no-chin-having pu$$ie$.
khan is entertaining with his skills and his glass jaw. Sure he's not elite, but you have to give the guy credit, he ducks no one.
These racial/nationalistic type of threads should be taken down immediately if you ask me. Nothing good comes of it.
Good point. I dont see any room for a thread like this in a boxing Forum full of knowledgable boxing fans. This kind Of trash spills from promoters and true boxing fans should refrain from these pointless topics.
The difference here is strenght, in the first fight Marquez hand stops at pacquiao chin, in the latest he just blasts right through his head
Good point. Also, when he was KO'd he was off balance. At the moment that Pac was hit he only had his left leg planted and he was in the process of taking a step back with his right leg.
lol I think that shot down the "he has no fan-base" excuse. I wonder how many South Africans Jeffrey brought with him to the Home Depot Center. :lol1:
I used to like Donaire, but his excuses are ridiculous. Also, he acts like a superstar, but he couldn't fill the Depot Center in his own backyard. Also, for the fight against Arce most of the crowd was Mexican.
He needs at least another fight to build up his name recognition. Hopefully it will be against someone good.
Donaire, is that you?
Just fight Rigo already! You already used that excuse, but yet you fought the South African. I thought you wanted to unify the division. I like Rigo, but I think you can beat him. What's the problem?
First of all I'm fan of Rigo, but I think Donaire would win the fight based on his size; however, it seems that Donaire is ducking Rigo. I don't understand people saying he doesnt have enough fights. Are you guys with the Donaire camp? Donaire said he wanted to unify all the belts. Rigo is not a contender, he is a title holder. Regardless of how many fights he has, he has a belt. I'm seriously dissapointed with DonAire. He fears the smaller fighter, Rigo.
