I know Khan is saying he has shown massive improvment etc but I didnt see anything new. He looked exceptional at this level though. Molina was a lightweight, who wasnt even a puncher at that. when Rahman fought Wladimir he was way past his prime, so that doesnt count in my opinion. Maskaev was actually a really good boxer who just happened to have Rahman's number. so - Rahman was for real, he is a 2 time world champion and everybody who ever sparred him said he is the hardest hitter they ever faced in the ring. btw he fought Tua to a draw once and the first time he got knocked out but he was leading on the scorecards. Some guys are willing to die in the ring and some are not. I got no problem with any fighter realizing he is beat and throwing in the towel. However I do have the highest respect for a fighter who is willing to risk everything in order to win. Ortiz has proved he has heart and he has also proved he has common sense. Too many fighters to mention but I will mention Jeff Lacey. Took a couple of very bad beatings and never quit and his career was shortened as a result of it.
