He Does really good body work , but besides that he's overhyped because he has that name , not saying he cant be good in the long run , but as of now he's nothing special at all.
but i mean things can change.
i'd Be Pulling for Zab , but overall i think Khan would win, Zab doesn't like being pressured and Khan does a lot of flurries and also uses the whole ring ..
One thing i will say tho' Khan has a habit of Leaning in a lot at times when he flurries coming forward and Zab with that Classic beautiful short left uppercut has a really really good chance at landing that multiple times if he throws it .
should be a good fight , good speed in this fight ..
i See Khan playing it safe to start with, a lot of basic jabs using his length then eventually flurry and get out of there and follow that same game plan over and over.
i Always Thought Chad Ochocinco Looked a Little Like Paul Williams..

Every rule has an exception.
For every Duran you name me, I can name you 3 Judahs ; guys who, once they folded in one fight mentally, were never able to get back from that place again.
So Ortiz didnt get Dropped By Berto and get up and then keep fighting??
Ward and i think Easy ....What hopkins just did was outstanding, but ward fights very skilled, very fast and very smart...everything Pascal Wasnt (fast but out of control), Pascal was just Young and wild , Pascal isnt a overall skilled boxer and thats why he struggled both times so much with Hopkins because he couldnt box with him..
And Ward is a 12 Round Fighter another Issue Hopkins would have with him, Pascal is a 4 or 5 Round fighter and flames out and Hopkins took advantage of that, thats a Huge advantage and there would be none of that against Ward.
Ward would be a very bad matchup for hopkins...hurts for me to say that because Hopkins is one of my Favorite Boxers but no way would he have a shot against ward in my opinion.
I see what you're trying to do there, but you know I didn't say that. You're grasping for straws here, but alright ; I'll play ball.
What does Ortiz bringing the fight to Berto have to do with his quitting against Maidana?
Are you trying to imply that simply because he kept fighting against Berto, there's no chance he'll ever mentally fold again?
Again ; Zab Judah. Kept fighting against Cotto after he quit against Mayweather, then what? Quit again against Clottey.
Im not trying to "Play Ball" or play some corny internet game, all i said was Ortiz Got up and kept fighting once he got dropped by berto, you implied that he was a "Once a quitter always a quitter" type fighter, He could have easily folded against Berto, Berto came in having the upper hand on Ortiz, very few picked Ortiz to win the fight...
All im saying is not every single "good" or "Great" fighter goes the same exact path as the last "good" or "great" fighter, Long term who knows what Ortiz becomes, but im not bout to let one fight Determine Ortiz as a whole when the guy does have Solid Skills across the board..
Ortiz Did Quit against Maidana clear as day i agree, but i think he learned from that ..i saw a guy out to prove himself against Berto.
im just on here for solid discussion not on here to twist or turn someones words , im not into all that..
Yea Ortiz did Look like a Chump quittin against Maidana but dude fought with way more heart against Berto, he actually Fought with some passion and was determined , People forget Very Few folks expected Ortiz to beat Berto, folks thought Berto was gonna knock Ortiz out or either embarrass him once Ortiz got his card pulled against Maidana, but Ortiz came into that fight 100% focus and determined to try and shake off that cloud hanging over him....
so yes Ortiz is a legit Opponent after what i saw against Berto, does he beat floyd? i seriously seriously doubt it , but Ortiz does bring something to the ring ..
if this is indeed true this also tells me he has realistic plans of fighting Manny afterward , i know i know (he's said that before) but i think this would be signs of going down that path..
Ortiz = Southpaw with good speed, power, good quickness (not as energetic as Manny but can put pressure on his opponent)
Everything floyd would need to see before taking on Manny, of course Ortiz isnt Manny , dont get me wrong im NOT saying that , but there aren't a ton of young energetic guys with a total package to see before facing manny..
Correct me if im wrong but Floyd hasnt seen a Quick,Fast Southpaw since Zab Judah and that was in 2008..
like i said if this fight with ortiz is true i think he's setting himself up to finally fight manny.
Maybe im reaching but thats what i honestly take out of this.
Very interesting Fight , Cant even Really call it a "Tune up" fight cuz Victor Has skills and power in both hands, Floyd has never slacked but dont sleep on this kid , dude will be looking for a lifetime come up and will lay everything on the line against Floyd...
if this Holds true i will be very excited about this fight , someone that isnt a total wash as a opponent, young , fast , power, Very respectful opponent if this is true, we'll see tho'.
Once Arum threw Bradley name in the Mix on video i think that pretty much said it all, Bradley will fight again of course but i just dont think he will fight a fighter that has a legit chance of beating him, it will be more of a fight to stay active to him...
but Bob Arum has already said if Manny gets by JMM they will start looking into guys like Tim Bradley and some others, and also Arum brought up possibly bringing over Bradley and making him a "PPV" type draw....
Bradley is just playing his Cards safe right now, as Fans we wanna see him fight Khan and others of course but honestly it be hard to blame Bradley when he see's Future Dollar signs....
im Trying to Add this Guys Twitter page to see if this Comment was actually made, he has his Page set as Private so i have to wait til' he accepts ....
Excellent Fight , i like the new lifestyle Zab , focusing a lot on religion and isnt shy about calling himself a past knucklehead, whil i still think his chin is suspect the fact he is changing his lifestyle will allow him to train the correct way and be 100% focus, this was a guy with a load of talent but half ass trained at times and cared more about being in the newest Rap Video, Night life , how many grills and chains he could buy , a reckless street guy is what he was..
even if zab Loses i just wanna see a good fight and always good to see someone with flaws at least attempt to make a change for the better.
i dont think he had a good comeback performance at all, i was happy to see him boxing again , but at the same time i thought he looked awful, he still needs to fight very average fighters right now until he shows he's actually back, because what i saw was pretty bad, his first step he accomplished and that was getting back in the ring , step two needs to be get back to what he was but he's not ready at all to fight any top guys he would get embarrassed right now.
you want to rebuild his confidence not step into a fight so soon thats going to mentally destroy him, if he were to fight a top guy next fight i would almost feel bad for him because thats how bad i think he would get embarrassed, let him get back on his feet first and get his confidence back.
Someone correct me if im wrong, But Chavez JR. catches a lot of flack for his opponents which is only natural as fans cuz' we want to see the reason "For the hype" behind a fighter, but if im not mistaken he never was a amatuer fighter, thats why his record is inflated with bums, it's almost like they had to make up for the missed time, a lot of guys as amatuers will have 60+ Amatuer fights if not in the 90's -100's ...
So i think naturally if someone never fought as a amatuer why throw him to the wolves??....
but again if im wrong on him about never fighting Am then correct me, but i dont remember this guy being a amatuer and thats had a lot to do with on why he's being pampered with his opponents.
As a Fan i would love for him to look impressive, but as previous stated i dont think he has to for him to be able to get a Hopkins or another Pascal fight.
Roach without a doubt will help, Chavez Jr. seems to be 100% dedicated now, but gosh he such a hard guy to watch workout, he's so Clumsy looking in everything he does , long term it just makes me wonder.....him with roach has made things interesting tho' cuz' i think majority boxing fans wanna see really what this guy is all about and know that it's time to start moving up as far as who he's fighting.
Very Very Very Very Boring, For someone With so much ability and potential to let off shots and multiple combo's he's a true snooze fest, and i question if this guy deep down loves boxing or does it cuz' he can , i mean i found myself with my hand on my chin slowly falling asleep and hearing crickets outside, yes he "Won" and thats whats important , but at the same time people hold Chad to a higher expectation than just a "Win" because people see the world class potential and the guy turns out a all out Snoozer, i mean saying "Boring" was almost a understatement, im a fan of his and wish him the best but damn man step it up ****..
And threw a lot of goofy odd looking punches at time that left me like "Wtf Was that?" , i dunno i guess i get frustrated cuz of how talented he is and just how boring he comes off.
i Struggle see'n Judah winning this fight, the thing is i actually want him to, Fighters that make Zab fight he's always struggled with and he doesn't like pressure at all, it gets him frustrated and he tends to get out of control once that happens.
But then again who knows Zab may really put everything he has into this fight because he probably knows this is his last shot at really being relevant , if he wins he puts himself in pretty good position, but if he loses thats probably the last we'll here about him as far as being involved in a great matchup.
at least this is a legit matchup folks want to see from the jump though..im already itching to see it , should be a good one.
Zbik Corner as Awful , pure awful , Zbik was fighting a perfect fight the start of the fight , fought from the outside and stuck with the zab and had Chavez Jr. confused , then all of a sudden the guy starts trading on the inside with CHavez .....Wtf Why???? his corner doesnt even press the issue about that....i Mean Zbik game plan from the jump was perfect then out of nowhere every round he just locks up with chavez jr. on the inside and gives chavez jr a chance to fight inside , it was so dumb to me..
had Zbik fought how he was from the jump it would have been a picture perfect clear decision on who won ..
People assume Bradley has a lot of Power due to his fighting style, he at times throws a lot of violent looking shots and hard looping shots and people assume when they land or if they were to land they would be Bombs...
Bradley has Average at best power, his biggest strength is his conditioning and headbutting, he's not a bad boxer at all but it is what it is and Bradley head butts a gang of times during a fight and anytime someone gets headbutted that much it makes a world of difference on how you fight,it takes a lot of you ..
solid boxer, a bit overrated in my opinion because of his tactics , but his biggest strength is his world class conditioning dude is in unreal shape.
but like i said people assume he's a power puncher because how violent he looks when he throws a lot of his punches and get the two confused.
i Would Say Froch but who knows when dealing with Glen Johnson, dude just hangs around the sport of boxing and pulls off random upsets .... so heck who knows Lol..
I think zab will win also
if maidana can touch khan then i know zab will
i agree as far as Zab being able to touch khan but i will also say the big difference is Maidana is a slugger and doesnt care about getting hit as long as he gets to trade and gets his shots in as well.
Zab on the other hand has a glass jaw.
Judah cant put himself in the same position as Maidana due to that.
Canelo has a ways to go also, he doesnt move his head much at all either, but facing CHavez Jr that would be pretty easy work for him, i think he would Chavez Jr. out, Canelo is a far better boxer than Chavez Jr.
Can, But wont , Floyd Freezes out his Opponent, Every fighter he faces usually has a Game plan coming in, then he makes his opponent wait and wait.........and wait....next thing you know Floyd Opponent is fighting Floyds Fight , Your best chance against Floyd is in the first 3 rounds while he waiting around trying to figure you out ..after that it's pretty much a wrap.
One thing i will say Berto Put Ortiz on his Ass and Berto is no where near the overall Boxer Floyd is , Berto is a One arm boxer (Just wants to set up his right all fight) and nowhere near the defense Floyd has, Berto is pretty much a very watered down version of Floyd ...
Berto got his ass handed to him but Berto had his Moments in the fight , and Floyd is So much better On Offense and Defense and just far smarter than Berto, i Never was into Berto because i just saw a guy with Good QUickness but a One Armed Fighter .
Ortiz Will try to be calm to start with, then become over agressive, Floyd Will Tie him up as always then eventually start countering him to death and then Ortiz gets frustrated...
