Using a email as basis for such a big statement is quite daring.....
Emails can be falsified easily. Think about the spam that is not coming from the sender you think it is from.
They are even more easily changed by the receiver. There are ways to change the content of the emails in your inbox of most email programs or to copy the original mail and save a copy with adjustments....
Just try it with a email in your box.
Emails in the inbox of the receiver or forwarded (even more easily to be adjusted) are than showed to Teddy.
Didn't Teddy Atlas train Shannon Briggs which was at that time already very muscular? Shannon Briggs tested positive to some stuff recently?
Maybe this makes the self proclaimed spokes man of the blue collar people in the street also a doping guru from experience?.....
I only know it will be live boadcasted on the german public channel ARD (das erste).
22:25 CET
I am not sure ard has an internet steam.
Maybe find out on:

.....That he is better than Marquez?!
Is there more to prove in a boxing match?
(Did not see Abrahams' girl ring side (only his ugly brother) so can not commend on who had the nicest babe). ;)
Only 1 question: why do people keep on calling the boxing matches Mayweather is in lately: FIGHTS?
As action loving fan I suggest they should change the rules and stop counting punches thrown in reverse.
Benn in the years 1987-1991 and 1995-1996 yes I agree. But when Benn was working with Jimmy Tibbs in 1992, 1993 and 1994 he had an awesome defence, his upper body was moving from side to side constantly and he was comfortable with it and very awkward to hit cleanly. His defence with Tibbs in his corner was a little better than the old Hagler's.
Nigel?! is that you?
Nice to see you on this forum!
;)
Marvin Hagler was one of the better boxer punchers ever. But he could also brawl and fight in alot of other styles. Switch from southpaw to orthodox, Hagler could do it all, one of the most complete fighters ever. He had a great jab, good foot movement, a extremely good chin, good power, a good tactician, good defence, good stamina.
Yup, I agree. I think he is one of the best all round fighters.
(When looking at his carreer he started off more the counter boxer, and at the end of his carreer he was more the pressure fighter (and brawler).)
I was taken on a trip to South Carolina, Myrtle Beach, by Kronks PR man. On the trip he told me of what had happened before the fight with Hagler.
In Hearns' dressing room was Hearns and his entire entourage. Steward had left the dressing room for a little while n when he returned, with a very short time until the fight began, he found one of Hearns boys rubbing down Hearns' legs as he lay face first on a table. Steward immediately kicked every one out. Going into the fight he knew that because of this Tommys legs were not going to be right for th fight. But what could he do besides escort Hearns to the ring and hope for the best. This is the reason, I was told, that Hearns decided to slug it out with Hagler. He knew that his legs would be short with him thus giving us one of the best damned fights of all-time......Rockin' :boxing:
Believe Emanuel Steward was telling the same "Rubbing the legs"-story but than in connection to the hearns-leonard fight...but I can be mistaken (will see if I have it on tape).

I hope this is true.
Me too. It will be a "must see" fight for me (only just below Oscar vs Tszyu would be ;) ).
:boxing:
Tyson V Douglas no doubt. Tyson was thought to be unbeatable at that time. The question was not who he fought next, but who he would destroy next.
It really shocked the word and was on all the news channels.
Gatti quitted too. i see no objection in him plus the interview says he wants to live and fight another day.
Than you have to watch the fight..in the corner he begged for one more round.
didn't see this til today. is that how people beg? u should go out more. if you want something so bad, u "gatti" show it :D but apparently gatti want no more of floyd. to me he quitted and his corner saved his face.
I beg your pardon? Did you manage to find a dictionary already!? How is the counting going!?
By accident I was outside the other day and I noticed a begger and he asked me for a euro...Ok so next time Gatti should ask McGirt for one dollar twenty (USD mind you, not sure what the exchange rate of the canadian dollar is atm), I guess, until that time (and probably after this time also) you keep on seeing everything else as "no objection" in him. :D
i've watchedit, there's difference to asking for one more round and begging. begging is asking many times. i think gatti resigned to his fate and agreed to quit.
Begging is NOT asking many times, open a dictionary and find something like "to ask (earnestly) for"
Next time I will take better heed in the "your (think to) see" and "think (to know)" parts of your post.
A small count finally:
One more...one more round..one more.
;)
I think Gatti would have done better if he tried to brawl.
Both Castillo and Chaves had some succes pressuring Mayweather and hooking at close range. The weight difference might have become a bigger factor also, when they clinshed more.
Now Gatti stayed on the outside trying to jab.
You do not box with a (very much) better boxer.
A very good and easy win from Mayweather, hats off to him! :biggthump:
For Gatti it should be another Floyd Mayweather jr - Jose Luis Castillo I. Only Gatti is heavier, and probably a harder puncher.
When he can hurt mayweather even more on the body, mayweather will be stopped.
Sure Mayweather had excuses for the first fight against Castillo (rotarycuff and broken ribs or something), but the second fight was about the same had castillo not temperarely lost his will to win from the 9-10th round until the 12th.
Toney's got no chance to knock him out.
If Booker can stay up against Toney, Klitchko can kill him.
If booker get his ass beaten, but manages to stay up to a ONE ARMED Toney (go see the fight)...
...this definitely will be a great fight to see.
Toney will KO vitali in the later rounds, it think.
yeah right :D
toney needs a ladder
Toney is not going up, Vitaly is going down :)
Look at your own avatar. And remember how the black knight was brought down.
(Ruiz is 6'2 and vitali 6'7½, but vitali has a bigger face (and nose)..so his chin is around the same hight as ruiz's ;) )
Well, I just figured you were there since you 'know' he watched the whole fight.
Don't get mad, just answer the question.
Try reading this part of the post again, and try to figure out why "you know":
"for a guy that lives and breathes boxing, you know he watched that fight."
Good luck!
so what your saying is that Ivan Robinson and Manfredy are better then Mayweather? Robinson almost stopped Gatti in their second fight and dominated him.
When gatti is hurt he is his most dangerous (ruelas). The Robison fight was close and would have been a draw if no point was deducted for low blow.
The manfresy fight seem to be turning in Gatti's favor, and was about even when it was stopped on a cut.
Mayweather is definitely more gifted than those two.
But to my opinion Zab Judah is also much better than Vince Phillips, but still Zab lost to Kostya and Vince won from Kostya.
I didn't see Tszyu vs. Hatton, but was it really that bad?
I remember seeing threads on here saying that was a dirty fight and shit and the ref should be banned from boxing.
Did not think it was that bad. When they were in the clinch (mostely a few seconds after they were separeted) both fighters kept on punching and no-one tied the other completely up (what Kostya should have done). Some referees break sooner than others.
It was a hard and tough fight but also exciting.
That's easier said than done. No one is willing to take that type of punishment for the sake of pressuring. That's virtual suicide.
Mayweather was huting him now also. Better to do some damage to your opponent yourself while being hurt anyways (it is something castillo's trainer told castillo in the mayweather fight).
Gatti was now on the receiving end, the lack of pressure gave mayweather all the time he needed to pick his shots. For Mayweather it is also easier to dodge one shot that a volley of shots.
I think that Gatti's gameplan was all wrong. Both Castillo and Chavez had proven the pressure style could have some succes.
(I also, like the poster above had castillo winning the first fight. And castillo lost the second fight because he seemed to have lost his will to win during the later rounds in the second fight).
Mayweather did his thing perfectly in the Gatti fight.
well srry i didnt know i wasnt aloud to use that word, i feel bad now knowing i ruined your day. it was a question dumbfuck
Great signature: "dumbfuck".
