"Larry I watched two rounds of that WWF wrestlin' match, turned it off and went outside swimmin' wit ma kids."
i laughed out loud when he said it at first, but i thought it over.
for a guy that lives and breathes boxing, you know he watched that fight, not sure why he has to lie about shit like this to try to make himself look cool.
thats what you mayweather fans are supporting...an actor.. we all know he watched the fight..yet he lied on espn about it..pretty weak
Will he be swimming when Ricky goes over there and opens up his defensive style like a packet of crisps?
I think he will be thinking twice about his waste of time. Perhaps a little bit of order is needed before the fight. I think he should stop swimming and start thinking. After all this bullshit that is coming out of his mouth is making him look foolish, especially when he gets beat and his perfect record goes down the drain.
Having said that i have to mention to you lot that all he said was that he went swimming. Maybe this just means he was more concentrated on his own game, not others. A sign of a focused fighter? According to you lot it was a sign of cockyness but think outside of the box.
He's always been a bit cocky, but with this being his first big PPV fight, he's in asshole overdrive right now. The kid is desperate to be a star, and he thinks this is the way to endear himself to a particular fanbase.
I think he's just being a moron.
So many legends didnt shit talk their way to the hall of fame.
Its in his blood to be an anoying little fuck.
I didn't see Tszyu vs. Hatton, but was it really that bad?
I remember seeing threads on here saying that was a dirty fight and shit and the ref should be banned from boxing.
Did not think it was that bad. When they were in the clinch (mostely a few seconds after they were separeted) both fighters kept on punching and no-one tied the other completely up (what Kostya should have done). Some referees break sooner than others.
It was a hard and tough fight but also exciting.
Well, I just figured you were there since you 'know' he watched the whole fight.
Don't get mad, just answer the question.
I wouldnt mind betting Floyd watched the whole fight, at least once too. Fighters always try to make out there not worried about the competetion out there.
jayr517 - I'm starting to like this (the man you LOVE to HATE!) marketing thing Mayweather's doing, because I'm really starting to want to see him get KTFO! So he's gotta be doing something right!... :dunno:
I hear ya...that's why I'm buying the fight tonight, lol.
why is it that everytime this petite mf opens his mouth it smells like a fuckin farm.he is full of himself which means he is full of shit.how can a bitch complain about the way another fight is going when he goes in the ring and runs around 3/4 of the fight.
I sometimes wonder if Floyd has reached the point where he knows he's never going to make any money based only on his skill and his (lack of) personality, so he's turning himself into a bad guy a la Muhammad Ali, so people pay for his fights only with hopes that he loses.

Try reading this part of the post again, and try to figure out why "you know":
"for a guy that lives and breathes boxing, you know he watched that fight."
Good luck!
