Adjustments? Maybe but Judah fought Spinks 12 rounds previous to his last fight and Spinks fought the SAME exact fight and Zab did his homework on it...Spinks fought the same fight as the first one but at a slower pace...Very close up until the stoppage but Zab has only been in the ring with one kind of fighter like DLH and that was Tszyu and Tszyu blistered that ass and DLH would do the same....IF DLH was his normal self at 147, but I see Oscar has slipped and dropping in weight will do no good and that isnt the solution to his crumby fights...Zab by split decision.
You know what I think will make the difference? The fact that De La Hoya doesn't really want it anymore! He has mad millions and won titles now he just won't to promote and do other side projects. Zab has alot to do before he is in De La Hoya's position and that why he will be hungrier.
dlh is much bigger and smarter than zab. even an out of shape and slower oscar can win with his brains. i see oscar pulling a john ruiz, hugging and holding and frustrating zab. but the new zab judah was able to make adjustments in his last fight and sure changed my mind about him. but can his chin handle dlh.now a judah/mosley fight would be much, much more exciting.mosley would send zab back down to 140 where he belongs. i also think both dlh and mosley would beat kosta.

And De La Hoya since fighting Trinidad in 1999 is 5-4. 2 losses to Moseley, a loss to Sturm, and and loss to Hopkins.
If your not going to go by official results by saying he lost to Sturm then you have to also say he beat Mosley in their rematch.
Of course this fight is going to happen, DLH wants to be champ again and Judah is being offered 7mil for this fight.
You can bet your last beer its going to happen.
De La Hoya will beat Judah on points most likely but he probably wont look that impressive doing it. Its possible he will have some of the power he had when he previously fought at 147 but he does not have speed anymore nor does he move in the ring anywhere near as well as he used to. The spring in De La Hoya's legs and the snap on his punches has deteriorated alot. i hope they don't fight, judah could stop a dela hoya/tszyu fight
good point man , whilst i dont see it happening if hoya schools him his career is finito

I hope this is true.
Me too. It will be a "must see" fight for me (only just below Oscar vs Tszyu would be ;) ).
:boxing:
DLH was a beast at 140 and a pretty strong puncher at 147. If he is able to regain the power he had in these divisions, I don't see anyone beating him. Not even Tszyu.

Spinks fought a stupid fight
he actually looked slow and his punching power...PFF
hmm
That's a good question. Who knows? I think if he can be 75% as good as he used to be there that he can beat Judah. Ya never know how good that will be though.
