Atlas and Tim Smith, guess you guys got fooled huh? At least this isnt from Arum's word but from the Lawyers it self.
Pactards won´t get it....I´ve tried 100K times, the only answer is Gayweather, flomo, etc...
Umm what? Last time I heard he was willing to do the blood testing and randomly at that.
Funny, that source come from mayweather himself. The problem was the protocol which was the cut off date.
There's a valid reason why people call you a FLOMO, because that's what you are. You hold on to myths like there were facts.
All things aside, do you guys seriously believe that Manny Pacquiao would rather prove his innocence by suing for measly bucks rather than passing some tests and picking up $30 million?

I believe this more than the BS that Altas leaked. Disappointing, I knew Floyd never really wanted to fight Manny, and only drag it for the sake of tarnishing his image.
LAME, tell packy to sign between 14-24 days instead of fighting Clottey
they weren't giving opinion.
they were stating information from a source.
if the source was a member of team mayweather , they have to consider the source reliable since team mayweather is part of the negotiations right?
now the information itself might not be reliable.
pacquiao's lawyers filed this in their lawsuit. if this goes to court , we'll find out who was lying and who was telling the truth.
cosign. instead of having things settled in the ring, i guess we'll have to settle for the courtroom.....

Does Pacquiao look like a slave to you and submit to all Floyd's demands, he's the P4P, the welterweight champion for pete's sake.
Floyd demands an outrageous test skipping the authority, Manny agrees but with his own clause as well then Floyd just want to impose his rule in boxing and Manny say enough is enough.
It's good that the lawsuit continues that will teach him and his camp a lesson.

Click on the link to the lawsuit, BoxingScene is mentioned in it: All the "diehard Floyd fans" with their assertions of the truth that Pac is on roids are only contributing to the downfall of your favorite boxer. It's your right to voice your opinion but when you assert that it is a fact.....you better be able to prove it.

very well said
Looks like Atlas was pretty irresponsible here.
I think(not entirely sure) but he can be summoned by the courts to state his source of face potential legal trouble, since he chose to say it openly on the air.

37. On December 25, 2009, the New York Daily News Reported:
According to a source familiar with the talks, Pacquiao’s representatives asked what penalties Pacquiao would face if he tested dirty, and also if a dirty test result could be kept secret so that the integrity of the fight wouldn’t be ruined in the public eye.
38. This is untrue and, on information and belief, was “leaked” by Mayweather, Jr. and his representatives to further destroy Pacquiao’s professional credibility and reputation.

good job in making this all on your own
I knew that all along. Only the gulliable people fell for it(Atlas, 70% of BS posters). Floyd is soooooo desperate to tarnish Pacquiao's career because he knows how far behind his is now with the Cotto victory and everything before that Pac has done. The best way he can put an end to it without actually stepping in the ring with him is through lies. Floyd is good at lying, he's so full of shit.
good...cause that was one of the dumbest rumors ive ever heard....
teddy is a dumbass for saying that on air...
even brian and dan were like wtf is this jackass doing...with their stonefaces...they didnt even acknowledge he said that garbage...
looking like mike myers after kanye said that thing about bush lol
yeah i understand. not going against anyone's point of view i'm just throwing my 2 cents in. i think this lawsuit is interesting.
i think paulie opened his big mouth before the suit was filed. not completely positive though.
right, paulie did say something, maybe a few weeks after Sr. so i dont know, not atlas which i can understand, i dont know much about law, i guess a person or persons cannot be added once filed?
in fact i know maliginni said something before oscar said something, and oscar is in there...im just suspucious as to why they didnt include him
Quote from Roy Jones Jr.:
"Hell naw. Why change the rules on me? Because I'm coming up in weight means I'm doing steroids? They're giving you a test for that anyway. It would be something that would aggravate me because then after I beat you, I was on something, don't play with me. Either you want to fight or you don't want to fight.
Roy Jones jr is the LAST person I would want on my side if people had any suspicions of me doing something dodgy!
