so should sign to fight Pac, and if he were to beat Pac, would make up for all those fights he wont get credit for winning. Pac would not only be his best win ever but only worthy win of late.
Hatton was at147 with home advantage and a talk with the ref about hattons dirty tactics before the fight. So the ref missed PBFs elbows.
JMM was two divisions above his natural weight. And well SSM was old man.
Your talking out of your ass, hatton that fought mayweather was twice that fought pac. JMM is just another W on the record ill give you that. But SSM was the guy that destroyed margarito. The same marg that everyone goes on abut mayweather ducking him. SSM was and is a very good win, Hatton was good two weight undefeated champ but marquez is nothing.
no not if you are jumped because that doesnt constitute a fair fight. Once they make it a unfair fight your oponent is fair game. Its not training purposes ive been in countless fights and thats the way i fight and the majority of my opnonents fight. Unless they fight dirty or unfairly i fight like a gentleman. If me and somone dont get along and they wish to fight good luck to them. I will fight them fairly and they should do so aswell. My point is that boxing is a fair fight. Both boxers have the same rules the same everything its a fair fight so the fight should stay fair.
Boxing wasnt created for war that bull shit. Fighting was developed because of war. Fighting isnt boxing. Boxing was started because people wanted to be entertained and people wanted to make money through entertaining people. Hence boxing is a fair contest.
i dont watch MMA for many reasons but the strikes on the ground. I hate it its actually gash. It makes the fight unfair. Anyone can throw a lucky punch and then jump on your opponent and pound them till they are out cold.
Were im from if you get in a fight its one on one. It stays that way no matter what untill either guy fights like a bitch. Weapons and hiting on the floor being the man ones. You knock somone down you step back you let them get up and if they want to carry on you knock them down again. Thats the way i fight thats the way my friends fight.
But if watched many friends get repeatedly knocked down and stood their and watched. If my friends had to jump in for me in a fair fight id feel like a right dick. But if theyre getting beaten in an infair fight, on the floor, weapons or geting more people involved their fair game and its going to be painful.
MMA is for rednecks and white trash who have no class. The only good bits of MMA are the strikes kicks and punches. Watch kickboxing then.
One on One.
School-yard fight. Somebody calls you out. One on One.
You don't keep fighting until your opponent is finished?
Every second that goes by is one more second you are still in a fight. It's a reason why guys like Dempsey...especially Dempsey since he brought in his experience from actual fighting days away from the ring into play...and Tyson...fought fast to get the opponent out of there.
Boxing was started in ancient times to help prepare the soldier for WAR. That and a person who wants to protect his land and/or family.
WAR is a fight. Boxing was a more evolved, physical, way of fighting.
Today's boxing differs from ancient boxing.
Even today, many people found there way into boxing in order to protect themselves.
yeah i keep fighting till my opponent doesnt want to carry on or is out cold. I draw the line at hitting on the ground though my opponent is undefended and round my way anyone who hits on the ground is known as a bitch. They dont get any respect and are cowards in many peoples eyes. You can fight fast to get your opponent finished but you dont have to do it like a coward. Modern boxing that you see today is nothing like ancient boxing.
well considering kessler moved the fight away from copenhagen wich made it twice as hard to get to the fight had a huge impact but also uk air space has been closed for a week and some rumors that it would be shut for another week, would you buy a ticket with a good chance of not being able to get their?
last 24/7 , i already seen 4 tubes of blood taken, and its just for 1 session..... so if they have at least 10 session .... that would be equivalent to 40 tubes of blood , that will be too much...
yes if they took 40 tubes of blood a few hours before a fight, but dont you realise the body has the capability to remake blood, your a pactard and bad karma left for being a twat.

Dont know if this has been noticed before.
From 12 seconds on "Load that glove" Then margaritos looka like comes into picture brilliant.
how do you embed video?
this fight angers me, i dont think JMM can keep up with khan for 12 rounds, khan is one of the fittest and Marquez as we have seen doesnt look great at around the 140 mark physically. Khan needs to take on some of the top guys at 140 at least after this, Bradley, alexander, maidana or ortiz.
I was suprised khan paulie was free in the UK, especially as a lot of his fights have recently against bums and c level fighters. Paulie was also fairly well known from his fight with hatton.
At least on the plus JMM will get another well deserved pay day.
dam i thought for once i provided some good knowledge and somone had beat me to it. Or maybe you are confused and it was me who originaly posted it and have some worth in my life still :D
I'm not a fan of Hot Tub Gay Malignaggi nor do I wish him well. I hope he continues his career slide into obscurity and shit. I hope he wakes up broke at 40 and has to go into MMA where he'll be truly happy wrestling sweaty men.
why the hate?
no definatly pyor in the arguello first fight. Panama lewis, a convicted boxing cheater gave pryor a specific bottle that made him come out for the next round from being exhausted to being nearly new. The commision failed to urine test pyor after that fight.
We will never know what was in that bottle but if it was even water just with a few teaspoonfuls of sugar it was illegal back then.
there has been an article posted by a news paper that is quite informative, but I can't find it at the moment.
i posted this link from the observer. If this is the one your talking about.

I swear I heard alexis on the documentary.
ok fine I'll take your word for it.
Also I want to ask you a question: How comes Aron Pryor is so untalked about as an ATG. It's like he never existed. What era did he fight in?
He seems to be one of the least famous ATG's ever.
because his resume is pretty weak for an ATG, he had drug problems. He retired and cameback like 3 times and fough weak opposition, got kod by a contender, trained by panama the scum bag lewis and the magic water bottle.
actually I think it was.
Anyway if you've read: "my rant on boxing today" section of this thread.............
.....help me out here please: Do I have nostalgic syndrome?
i think the past is always looked upon with rose tinted specs. Basically because we know what happens, we know how it happend and we know to a certain extent why. The human mind is inquisative in it's nature and likes to have things clearly planned out and thus why we look back with more fondness that perhaps we did at the particular time.
For example humans arnt built to seek and enjoy uncertainty, ever scince the cavemen we have looked to be steady, for example steady flows of food. Moving away from hunter gatherers to farming would be an example of this. Uncertainty is bad to the human mind and that is what the near future and present is. Thus to the human mind the past is alway looked upon in a good light. It happens to everyone but it happens to different people at less or more severity.
Wow that got deep fast. Maybe i should be some kind of lecturer or maybe i talk utter shit.
