Probably not, but Martinez is no joke, very slick southpaw... I honestly feel Kelly Pavlik was an easier fight stylistically.
The only thing I feel better about Williams winning is the fight is at 160lbs.
Who do you thinks takes Martinez vs Pavlik at 160?
The only southpaw to win a world heavyweight title was Michael Moorer who defeated Evander Holyfield in the 12th round in 1994.
Sultan Ibragimov, Corrie Sanders, Ruslan Chagaev are all southpaws who have won world titles aswell!
personally i would not be comparing pwill to boxing greats of past eras yet.
but if quintana could beat pwill, I think benitez could too depending if pwil fights the wrong fight.
dont thinks there much harm in comparing greats fighters to day to past atg's. and lets not forget bruce curry was twice robbed against benitez, who p-will is better than.
benitez was a real under trainer he didnt like to train. i don't know if he could keep up with workrate and stamina of the punisher.
he has the potential to rule all the divisions. but its hard to call him number 1 at 154 or 160 as he hasnt had enough big wins or dominated the divisions!
probaly mark breland! 110-1 amature record!

It's just that Miranda is such a different type of fighter than Kessler, but that might be the best way to judge him. Has he faced any quick guys?
to be onest dude am not sure! but i found some fights of his on the trading block here which could help! have a look!

As Flawless said Mundine is probably the slickest of the opponents Kessler has faced.
Honest question as I know next to nothing about Ward: Has he ever faced anyone with a good left jab and how would you rate his chin?
Can you recommend me a good Ward fight where I can gauge his skill so I can judge him fair?
Maybe the miranda fight dude?
Mine:
1. Pretty Boy Floyd
2. Paul Williams
3. JMM
4. Pacquaio
5. Kessler
