rigo is at most an amateur and fought amateurs most of his career.
since most people in this forum haven't boxed before they tend to overrate rigo a tad too much and generally are naive about the difference
rigo needs more worthy opponents in his record to even get a shot at the top

I simply stated that having a Q&A with Roach would have been 100 times more interesting than having him him parade around showing the world how well he's coping with his disease. Simply answering 5 questions without dodging or deflecting would make for better TV than the 30 minute Parkinson's Disease "mino(?) documentary" HBO aired.

the way i see it is this
manny underestimated JMM's power this time around, i was thinking in his mind it is OKAY TO BE HIT since he wasn't bothered by it the first 3 fights
he thought he could take the punches, and if you watched the 2nd and 3rd fight JMM was clipping manny with those same shots in the face but manny would shrug it off
this time though, JMM got huge and surprisingly put a lot more to his punches. got me scratching my head though, cotto hit manny with an overhand right and manny ate it like it was nothing.

couple that with working with a known PED supplier, you know people are gonna ask questions. Am i accusing JMM of anything? absolutely not he is a great fighter and would have beaten manny without PEDs but is there a legitimate reason to be suspicious? absolutely.
if people can accuse and assume manny is doping because he refused a test, then people can also accuse and assume JMM is doping because he works with a known PED supplier and actually visibly became bulked the within the year's span

FIRST - floyd will never allow manny his gloves. THAT i can guarantee, if they do agree though expect heavy resistance from floyd to get manny to use the sparring gloves
SECOND - floyd will be pissing and moaning about location, he will kill a child to go against arum / hbo / cbs, this is an easy roadblock to make really and an excuse to reject an offer
THIRD - a more dumb offer.. like 40 million 30 percent PPV or something.., no way is 30 percent fair considering both fighters contribute significantly PPV upside, this should be 50/50 or 50/40 END OF
If Pacquaio couldn't KO a journeyman that he knocked down six times, he damn sure won't be able to hurt Mayweather. Only a complete idiot would look at what Pac did against Algieri and actually believe that Pacquaio would even be competitive against Mayweather.

It's the trainer-fighter combo, not just the trainer. Nacho-Marquez, Floyd-Floyd are the best. Roach has an extraordinary specimen in Pacquiao but yet he has a tough time with Marquez. Shows Roach is limited!

Pacquiao could easily outpoint Mayweather on sheer activity. We all know that Pacquiao's activity and work rate are adequate enough against Mayweather's work rate to persuade the judges into giving him rounds.

also floyd hid under his guard for too long sometimes against maidana's awkward flurries
99% of the people who thought Algieri's style would give Manny problems were Pac fans. And that's because they were trying to sell this fight as competitive. The rest of us could see what this was: A truly sh*tty matchup. Just embarrassing at this level. I'm glad Manny wants Mayweather next but his fans are going to be in for a rude awakening should that fight come off.
