Moments like that is when you're better off just going down and clearing your head. A few seconds to rest and he would've been OK for the rest of the fight. Had him winning after 6.
We're fools for even giving a site that nobody has even heard of any credibility.
I hope Manny sues..
This isn't the 1st some idiot accused of something without any evidence.
This fight didn't have random drug testing. That's all you really need to know at the sudden power JMM had tonight.
Word is he's headed to At&t park later to hit some balls into the SF bay...
The shot was right on the button and would KO anybody in or around that weight but I get why people would say it isnt fair to criticize manny but not even question Marquez
I dont think you can even compare the 2 accusations. At least Manny is still on the good side of 30. So it's conceivable he's clean. JMM turns 40 in 9 months and never showed even a hint of this kind of power the previous 3 fights. It has always been about outboxing him. Which he did in the last fight and was robbed
not saying he cheated whatsoever cause he was clearly looking for that shot the entire fight and then add Pacs momentum coming forward and you have a highlight reel knockout But just imagine if Marquez failed a drug test, that would be devastating for our sport.
People should be praying he was clean for our sake. I sure hope he was but having a known cheater on your team will always add that doubt. Pac went through it and now we'll see how people treat Marquez
I kinda hope they do. It took baseball getting caught badly to finally clean up it's sport. I think it's time boxing do the same.
Even if Manny agrees to the 14 day testing before the fight, it doesn't changed the random testing issue. IMO, clearly 14 days before the fight didn't affect him, so even if they stick with the random testing prior to that, Manny should just man up and take that deal. He really doesn't have anymore excuses, even though i agreed and supported him from not letting Mayweather's camp dictate the rules and make false accusations.
Yup. Manny has to agree with the random blood tests. My only problem with it is that Mayfeather's camp wants a Olympic style test that's done in a span of one year be done in a span of 3 months. Floyd's camp needs to soften up and come up with a realistic schedule. Which it looks like theyre finally doing.
This thread cracks me up. You could've sworn these kids were getting laid in here with all the excitement going around.
I counted about 15 orgasms in here.
You're given a valid argument and that's how you reply, makes me think that we're talking to kids.
It took you that long to realize that? Most of the replies are google images or random youtube clips. :bottle:
Nobody is really wrong, though. How much conflicting info has there been so far? Absolutely tons man, every f*cker is saying different things. Look:
http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/sports_blog/2009/12/mayweather-pacquiao-camps-argue-drugtesting-points.html
So far, we've had Arum saying 30 days, Roach saying one week but not closer than three days before the first bell, Manny saying 30 days, Manny saying 24 hours before the weigh-in, and God knows what else. You know what? Tomorrow it'll be probably something else.
What the hell can we do as boxing fans except sit and wait for all this crap to be sorted out? My belief throughout all this has never changed. Pacquiao is being stubborn. There is no fear of needles -- forget that -- Manny himself never came out and said "I'm afraid of needles", only other people did. This is really about not being willing to be bent over and f*cked up the ass by the likes of GBP and Mayweather, and not giving in to head games. That's what it is.
I won't rule out the fight happening, possibly at a later date such as September.
Exactly. Sounds like a misscommunication on all parties. Both sides need to get their stories straight. But the PacHaters are acting like this is their 1st BJ.:lew:
He thinks a teaspooon will weaken him..yet he had a TUBE drawn then knocked Hatton senseless...lol.
So then it's obvious he's not doping.
So what the hell is the point of all this again?
So if Pac agrees to a 14 day cut off instead of 30 day will everyone be happy?
Because it sure sounds that way with all the orgasms going on in this thread.
Paulie is not going to ask for a blood test. Money talks. He threw the accusations out there to get his name in the mix. And it seems to be working.
Manny should just retire instead of wasting his time with this bum. Jersey Shore reject couldn't even beat Hatton
Then he should have no problems taking Random blood tests within 5 days of the fight.
:boxing:
Which is what I think will eventually be agreed on. This isn't about hiding anything. Pac is not the sharpest tool in the shed. Arum does all the talking. This is all just Arum telling GBP that his penis is bigger than theirs. Nothing more. Don't look into crap that really isn't there.
And I'm talking about the ones who didn't. Like I said, if you think Mosley is the only one, that shows your lack of intelligence. Barry Bonds and Mark McGwire never got "caught" either.
There was a formal investigation on Bonds and McGwire. Where is Manny's Mitchell report? Or should I say Crackhead Report?
The only way Pac would look guilty is if Floyd knocks him out. Because if he was able to take Cotto's blows then he surely can take Soft Hands Mayfeather. But with or without PED's, Mayfeather isn't knocking anyone out.
This would be a slap in the face to boxing. What a joke of a fight this would be. They said Hatton was "focused" and "determined" as well. Then he got knocked the F out.
This might go down in forum history....
Lets see when this thread was posted..and then lets see what time a pac regular posts something.
hahahahahaaha
Calm down kid. This thread was made 30 minutes ago. Maybe some of them have jobs?
Because all of this hoopla is just 2 guys showing who has the bigger penis. These 2 can give 2 craps about the test. They're both holding their ground and are looking like fools by the minute.
Boxing is dead for a reason
I tried to make the same point earlier, Scott.

Yup. these Floyd Fanboys can't grasp the concept that Pac is no longer the one dimensional left handed power puncher he once was. Could it be that unlike Floyd Sr., Roach actually made him a better fighter?
This would be like people accusing Kobe for doping because he isn't air balling in the playoffs anymore. Mayfeather Boys crack me up
Honestly, I believe that he can and would have beaten either Cotto or Margarito.
He simply wanted bigger stars. He wants to have big fights and get the most money. He's a business man before he's a fighter. It's not a flaw, for the fans it might be, it's simply the way some think. I don't blame him for his own personal priorities.
He wanted all the fighters in the division to beat eachother up, but that's wha all fighters technically bank on. He wanted them to be bigger stars. That's why Cotto would have been the guy he preferred out of Manny and Cotto, because it's an easier fight, but it's also a big fight if he won. And a fight he can get the A-side of far more than he could with Manny. But, I don't think he feels he can't beat Manny.
For better or worse, he honestly thinks he can beat ANYONE. It's not a a scam. He believes he's that great.
He wants only big stars to prove it again. So, he retired to let them all become it or get forgetten. Some did it, Manny. Some are forgotten, Margarito. Trust, if he beats Manny clearly, in any way, it's either a rematch, or a fight with Mosley next. If Mosley loses and if Cotto comes back strong, he'll fight him next.
So he comes back and fights the legendary JMM??
