I hope it ends early for Barrera. Less damage. I like the guy but Pac hits much harder at 130 than at 126. Barrera might eek out a boring split decision win if he's able to shoot and run or Pac walks him down with relentless punishment into a one sided beat down.
Pacquiao will only look like the bad guy in this match.
lol there fake look at the shadow on the first pic hes good few feet from the wall but the shadow is right next to him, funny stuff though.
I do some photography and quite efficient with Photoshop.
The shadows are right. The flash of the camera is right next to the lens, therefore the shadow is going to be cast as it should be. I've taken many photos and although the walls are far, the shadows look as if it's right next to the subject.
As for the photoshop....I'm not so sure if it was doctored. Oscar was wearing a wig in one of those photes. This is where it's easiest to spot the blurring or smudging technique to blend the layers together. I can't see the evidence at the moment. I can't say they're fake....but I'm also not going to say they are real.
But in my opinion, they look legitimate. Oscar does have a large head in comparison to his shoulders. His chest looks exactly like that, too. It's gonna be hard to layer in his body into a fish net unless they got someone with identical bodies.
LOl... This f@gget saying there won't be another Boxing Star besides the one out now.
Rude awakening he's gonna be in for.
I would love to be the boxer to K.O. one of the MMA's top fighters.
The 2 MMA guys I beat up *(with MMA RULES)* only using my hands probably didnt represent the MMA sport well because they couldn't dodge straight punches to get in.
No to mention I cracked him in the temple which K.O'd him *(with BOXING GLOVES)* not MMa gloves....... which would have been much worse for them.
Jesus Christ. You're in MMA? You got brass balls, man. The last UFC fight in London, there was a boxer turned MMA and he looked like he was finished but came back to knock the hell out of the MMA guy. Former boxer won that fight. It's easier for a boxer to cross over to MMA than it is for an MMA to cross over to boxing.
It's not for everyone because boxing is such a specialized sport.
Oh hell no... I'm not in MMA..
I dont even have boxing on lock yet. I just happen to be at a big gym whereMMA fighters sometimes call the boxers out with this same discussion...
I accepted the 2 times and won both.
But they Probably weren't the greatest MMA fighters.'
But one ay I would love to Fight a MMA champion at 165/160 and K.O. so Boxing can gain some more Ground.
I would love for any top boxer to do it actually.
Kermit Cintron was an All American Wrestler (or something like that). He accepted a challenge from Dana White (but I think Dana wanted Floyd) but didn't get a word back from Dana.
Err... Idiot.
Hatton isn't claiming he's the p4p best.
Fake Floyd THE AMERICAN COWARD is running like a chicken fighting Baldo's, Gatti's, Judah's and old DLH and yet his American coward ass still has the gall to call himself p4p king.
And I really wonder if his fans ever went to school coz no amount of common sense and plain logic will save them otherwise.
So all the experts around the world are wrong to say he's the most skilled P4P fighter in the world? Floyd is Floyd. He brags a lot, true. But when others have seen how well he's easily dispatched so many before him like Coralles and Oscar, there is merit to what they say.
I remember when Buster Douglas was KO'd after the bell was rung in the 3rd round. He won by DQ over the journeyman (I think his name was Attila). :lol1:
He was KO'd by Luis Monaco after the end of the first round. He was too groggy to continue into the 2nd round and won by DQ.
I'm glad that article didn't bring up that myth of pep winning a round against graves without throwing any shots.
Time for you to do some google searching. Willie Pep, did win a round (unanimously) without throwing a single punch. Perhaps he had told a lot of people ahead of time that he would try it....and perhaps it was heard by the judges. The fact his, he won by ring generalship. Made an opponent look clumsy. Round goes to Pep.
ROFL, thats a hilarious picture in your sig.
Heh! It's not a sig. The picture was my impression of a prime Macho going against a prime Cotto (the eagle).
He needs to learn a few more skills before stepping back in with Pavlik. Heck, even against Taylor and Abraham, he'll need to add a new dimension to his overall skills.
Hmmm....tough choice. I'll go with Joe. Simply because he's been with the best in his class for so much longer than the young man who'll eventually take his spot once Joe retires.
Only way to find out is to compare his body and head to the others
oscar has a big noggin and it looks smaller in those pics.. plus the abs dont look the same.. also he is missing chest hair he normally would have.
Coz he's not posing his muscles? If yer gonna cross dress, might as well go all the way and shave the chest hair. ;)
:lol1:
In a month, no one will really care. Oscar will admit he was piss drunk and did something stupid. IMO, this is nothing compared to like driving while drunk and killing a family.
It's amusing at best, at worse, Oscar gets a divorce. I still wouldn't call him a sissy to his face.
The first one. More drama. Back and forth, though I thought Morales dominated for the most part.
The others were okay. I just felt sorry for EM on the 3rd. It was gutsy for EM to go all out and hope for a KO. Gotta love him.
Most of those mention at least achived something...some even became champions, like Tyson and Judah. We may think they may have could have done more...
But,the poster boy for waste is Tony Ayala...in and out of the boxing ring.
Oh yes....Tony Ayala. I remember back in the 80's seeing him mow down his opponents like they were weeds. Then he got his ass jailed. Can't recall if it was for rape or burglary.
Let's not forget another jailbird gone to waste - Ike Ibeabuchi.
Too bad he had mental issues that led to his jail time.
Hamed and Tyson yes I can agree with that, but Corrie Sanders I'm not so sure, but then maybe I'm missing something, he did have boxing skills granted, but can't see how he could have gone on to achieve much more.
Corrie Sanders had a golf career in mind as well as weight problems. He had no set direction. He was a decent golfer and a natural talent for boxing which he wasted by not concentrating enough on. Nobody puts Wladmir down like that. Not even now, a few years later.
