You know, since he overwhelmingly has more power than Mayweather, it should have been a walk in the park right, so why the fuck didn't he do it?
LOL, that's funny, because the opposite is truer in your assessment. It was COLLAZO who was going to be knocking out Hatton had that fight been a 15 rounder, Hatton would have been put away.
he cant' even beat collazo for 100 million let alone ko him. he didn't even try to ko urango what a joke. what a sissy fighter. i dont think he can even if he tried i dont think he has it in him. any thoughts?
yeh your gay
He didn't try to KO Urango, instead after the eighth round and clearly ahead by six rounds or so he took it easy. But no he couldn't have done it if he went balls to the wall about it.
Also against Collazo he knew he was in trouble and picked his spots to get the rounds he needed. But a KO was unlikely unless he caught him with a perfect body shot.
Hatton couldn't KO neither of these guys because they weren't push over's, he couldn't just clinch and hit these guys he had to find other methods and couldn't there were times Hatton lunged in not to throw a punch or even a fucking headbutt but just to hold, he would literally move forward and just clinch, he did it against Collazo all night and barely won.. when he finds someone who isn't going to fall and is going to give him the same kind of pressurized fight he folds up, thats been proven, I respect Hatton 100% but Hatton can't KO a world class fighter cleanly, Jose Luis Castillo went down to a shot that even if Paulie would have hit him there he would have been out, that was a perfect liver shot and is an exception KO in any case, other than Castillo on a world class level he hasn't KO'ed anyone big, Kostya Tszyu just said fuck this and quit, it goes as a TKO but we all know it wasn't a KO..
other than that Hatton just muscled his way into W's against lesser caliber opponents but even the young undefeated Urango went 12 with him with no problems it's just how can you fight back when your hands are always tied up? thats why I say Floyd will win because he ain't going to let himself get caught like that, even if that means another 12 round borefest for some of you but Floyd is about his paper, how can his paper be the same after this fight if he lets himself get caught like that? he going to protect that hard to hit image he has and school Hatton in a way we haven't seen since Pernell did to Oscar.. again, I respect Ricky 100% but that hit and hold style will only take you as far as 1 round, maybe 2 with Floyd until he studies you a bit then after that it's a lesson.. 100
Err... Idiot.
Hatton isn't claiming he's the p4p best.
Fake Floyd THE AMERICAN COWARD is running like a chicken fighting Baldo's, Gatti's, Judah's and old DLH and yet his American coward ass still has the gall to call himself p4p king.
And I really wonder if his fans ever went to school coz no amount of common sense and plain logic will save them otherwise.
So all the experts around the world are wrong to say he's the most skilled P4P fighter in the world? Floyd is Floyd. He brags a lot, true. But when others have seen how well he's easily dispatched so many before him like Coralles and Oscar, there is merit to what they say.
Err... Idiot.

well because he is dummy if you wasnt boxing for the past couple of years you must be living in a cave in PI :D
maybe just now you discovered the internet
I think a source of motivation in the form of $100 million would result in HIM getting KTFO being that he couldn't really take Collazo's shots, at least over 12 rounds completely. If he had taken more, clean shots he'd have been down.
LMAO! too funny!
he wouldnt have knocked out any of them IMO. i think that the same result would have happened. and you cant say it was motivation because he was challenging for world titles both times.

hehehehe..
Well the excuse that Baldomir has the strongest chin at 147 didn't matter... and Oscar didn't have a bad chin at 154 either... he's only been KO'd once, and it was by a body shot.
I'm just trying to get the rules straight. If Floyd is expected to KO Baldomir and De La Hoya, I don't think obstacles like a tough chin are open to discussion for Ricky Hatton, considering that he has astronomical power according to everyone on this forum.
I know that but people dont seem to know.
I remeber when Mayweather fought Zab people said he should be fghting Baldomir and when he is fighting Baldomir they said Margarito and he fought DHL the complain he is running around and boring.
So people always have something to bitch around and type. It not only need guts to win but determination and hardwork. Mayweather have these quailities coming day in and day out in training.
I trained abit of boxing for 2 month and I know how hard it is so that is how I started admiring Mayweather ethics, maybe as a person I dont like him but I hard to not say he no good.
there was a interview too about pre-DHL or Baldy fight he said every fight he takes serouisly if it was Brussles tune-up or Baldomir or anyone he put 100% into it.
Yeah, in reality, this thread isn't to be taken seriously (obviously)... it's just to expose the absurdity of JoePal's double standard on Mayweather and Hatton.
Mayweather has no power, but is a pussy for not even trying to take out Baldomir and De La Hoya... one has a chin harder than diamond (but certainly not as pretty) and the other is a giant compared to Mayweather, and had only been KO'd once from a body shot.
Hatton on the other hand, has been known to shatter horses' skulls with a single punch, yeah he's that strong, yet it is okay for him to not KO Collazo or Urango.
Hmmm.
Urango have the strongest chin at 140 as well as power

shane mosley couldn't even ko collazo. And mosleys pretty strong
That's why I THOUGHT!!! But Joey Pally took care of my stupid assumption for me!

He said this is the reason why Mayweather should have been able to easily KO Baldomir and De La Hoya!!! Beating a shot fighter in one instance means that every fight should end with a KO!!!!!!!!!!!!
YEAH!
