I had Prescott 1 2 3 5 6 7 after that it was some toss up rounds. Over all I had it 7.5 or 8.4 for Prescott. No way Paulie won that fight but have to give him credit for putting up a good fight. You're right. On the Clottey workrate, that is Clotteys weakness...his workrate is very poor, and I've seen him look lackluster before but against poor opposition. Alot of times with Boxers major fights is where elite fighters like Cotto and Clottey turn it up a few more notches. If Cotto falls for the same thing against whom I consider a poor technical boxer in Shane Mosley, especially to a right cross, street fighters through that...what is he going to do against a man who mixes the punches up, to the body and face, who doesn't block with his head...like margarito. Who covers up, who is physically as strong and big as he is (judah wasn't). See Cotto has struggled and been fooled by lesser boxers(torres and mosley) and smaller weaker men( Judah and CorleY) Cotto can be timed. Cotto does not like to stalked, he likes to do the stalking. Cotto is the tougher matchup in reality because,Cotto has never had problems with defensive fighters,he has the power,he has the jab,size,counterpunching ability and everything else a welterweight needs to fight at that weight!! Peterson has a problem with volume which is the way Khan fights. I believe Peterson has to be first and work Khans body on the inside. Khan relies on his speed, fast foot movement, distance and reach. Khan doesn't have good defense. Khan comes at you with a jab and followed with volume. The over right hand and that's how Madiana caught him more than once because he fights with his head in the air. On paper from my understanding, Peterson has the reach advantage but gives that up a little because he’s an inch shorter. Peterson is my boy but I don’t see him winning this fight.

I had Prescott winning rounds 1-2-3-5-6-7 and I believe the 10 also. After that it was close rounds to call. In the 12th round, Paulie was hurt in the last part of that round and almost out of there. How can anyone say Paulie won that fight losing the first half of the fight with the knock down? By the 8th round I gave him only the 4th. The fight is on YouTube not hard to see. At the same time, Prescott has to blame himself knowing the odds were stack against him in Paulie home town and they are trying to keep Khan safe. Khan and Paulie use different styles to avoid punches. Khan uses his legs/ring movement, reach and quickness to avoid punches. Paulie uses rolls, turns and head movement to stay away from punches. Khan is not a defensive fighter but uses his quickness to make up for that. On top of that, he pushes your head down to keep you from getting punches off. Madiana was able to find Khan and he’s slow. Before Quin fought Cotto, who did he have on his resume people new about? Quin never was a threat at the WWD. He was at the bottom of the food chain.
