May I know who do you think can beat Pacquiao right now except the coward gayweather? Take a pick between 135-147 fighters in their prime/no catchweight who has a chance of beating Pacquiao and how he will beat Pacquiao.

That's true no matter who he fights, even against Floyd Pacquiao would have a lot of advantages. It's true of everyone Floyd fights, he will hold a lot of very important advantages. Holding that against either is very unfair to both.

I don't think he has improved much is any sine 2008.

For me, Pac againt Marquez in 2008 was at his absolute best. Fast, sharp, powerful, timing, angles, everything tuned perfectly.

That shot he landed on Marquez that dropped him? Wow, impeccable.

I feel Pacquaio i the same fighter he was in 2008 just physcially stronger.

Which in one word is; a beast.

That isn't an insult, more of a complement.

Manny wasn't campaigning at Welterweight when he fought Cotto.
Martinez on the other hand was campaigning at middleweight with Paul Williams when they fought at a CW of 157.

He's the same fighter he was then. Only bigger, and with more confidence and experience to draw upon.
Did you really watch that fight with Morales, yes there were talks of Roach trying to develop Manny's right even before the first Morales fight but do you really think that a boxer who has been fighting all his life using his dominant left will instantaneously convert himself to a two hand fighter?!!! It was a slow process, yes Manny was starting to use his right more with Morales but the confidence in it's usage is not yet evident, he was not sitting on it, not giving the weight that it needed to deal some damage... Even in the second Marquez fight, the right hand was there but still Manny's two biggest punch in that match was dealt by his left... It was only in the Diaz fight that Manny gained confidence in using his right hand more, and the Cotto and Hatton fight Manny was confident enough to use it as his lead right hook... Maybe in November will see...

That really was a tremendous fight, by both guys. I know both sides are entrenched as to who won, but that was as even a fight as I've personally ever seen.

                I agree.

I felt Marquez won but I wasn't mad with Pacquaio winning. Definitely could have gone either way.

Nothing better when two great fighters bring the absolute best out of each other on multiple occasions.

                Archie Moore and Harold Johnson

                Muhammad Ali andJ oe Fraizer.

                **** Tiger and Joey Giardello.

Manny Pacquaio and Juan Manuel Marquez.

Even in the first fight, they brought the best out of each other. Pacquaio's first round was probably the best round of his career and Marquez for most of the rest of the fight was outstanding along with 2 or 3 razor thin rounds.

Shame the third fight's going to ruin that.

He had just moved up to the WW division. Not campaigning...He just had a fight at 140...Do you think he was campaigning at 140? Do you think he campaigned with just one fight? I don't consider Oscar campaigning at 160 even though he won his title first and then asked for a catch-weight against B-Hop in his next fight(your answer). He wasn't campaigning at WW prior to this fight, after this he campaigned at WW. So try again.
