you are a f*ck!ng moron, he completely steps into the right hand, watch the left leg you dumb ****, its planted with slight knee bend and he is pushing off of it. Thats how you generate power its in your legs, not how far you reach your arm back you f*cking dumbf*ck
You really are clueless. I would suggest watching MMA. More your thing
Im clueless? You just said that right hand was a glancing blow, if im clueless then you are f*cking blinder than Ray Charles
Ive said this for a long time, the only guy with the ability to beat Floyd Mayweather is Paul Williams. Not the skills mind you, just the ability. Floyd will NEVER lose to a guy his size. Unless the guy he is fighting has a significant height, reach advantage AND similar skill level, Floyd will win because his mental game is so so strong.
No, the only guy with the ability to beat Mayweather is Sergio Martinez. Floyd's punches wouldn't have the same effect they have on the WW's Floyd has fought. Martinez isn't a stupid fighter. He's smart enough to adapt and fast enough to jab at Floyd. IF we ever saw this match up, Floyd would be a straight up counterpuncher. We would not see him trying to walk Martinez fight. But this will never happen anyway.
Martinez hasnt fought at 147 in over ten years, and hasnt really beaten anyone of note other than Paul Williams(with a lucky shot i might add), Cintron(is he really of note anyway) and an overrated a$$ kelly pavilik.
And hes a f*cking middleweight.
That be like asking Martinez to go up two weight classes and fight Bernard Hopkins at light heavy.
IMO, last night showed that Pac can and will connect on FMJ. It will be a battle of straight lefts v. lead rights.
It's still a toss-up.
What in the world showed you that? The 18% connect rate for ortiz?
Staged? Really... I doubt Ortiz PLANNED on getting knocked out... I don't think people agree to that kind of shyt...
"Ortiz, here's $x million to lose... Here's $x million to not try to win"... maybe
But "Ortiz, here's $x million for u to let Floyd land a clean straight right to put u on ur azz"... I don't think anyone would agree to that
And make you look real f*cking dumb in the process, what fighter in their right mind would ever agree to that, esp a young fighter with their whole career ahead
I see him fighting Garcia at 140 next. Ironically, in a contradicting manner, I see people bashing Floyd for challenging Garcia at 140.
Sad, but true. They would say hes hand picking his fights again.
Ok ok ok I see the jealousy just pouring out here. So Floyd got some fine "and yes they are fine" women around him. No one said anything when it was nothing but his crew if boxing partners around. But now the man shows off the ladies and most are pissed. Damn if the man does and damn if he don't, the only safe place for Floyd is in the ring and I bet you haters think he should be fighting for free. Never seems to amase me how one man, that's not over 6' can draw so much hate for dedicated to his craft so he can be a cut about the rest. Y'all should be ashame of yourselves. What has the man done to you besides beat maybe the other guy you were stupid enough to think was going to win.......
As I said before, sure the ladies are fine, but out of all of them Floyd's personal cook would be my pick and I'd pick her twice on Sundays. I rather have a woman who knows her way around the house then a woman that knows how to spend my money. Plus she's imo a fine dime in herself in that kitchen. I wouldn't trust the pretty ladies to boil a 3 min egg in them high heels.......
Truuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
Deserves one. Idk what the hell some of you were watching but he was walking Garcia down and beating the **** out of him early. Angel told him to wake up and stay focused and he started doing a little better. He honestly threw about 50 low punches. Most were hitting him on the hip or the thigh and that got Lucas tired along with the pace Danny picked it up to in the middle rounds. The eye really bothered Lucas, he stopped coming forward and started keeping his right hand up, got hit with a couple good rights from Garcia because of it. IMO Garcia knew he would win a close fight no matter what, because late he started holding literally everytime they got close. He would throw some bull**** DLH flurry not hit anything then run away then jump back in and hold. It was terrible to watch. I want to take nothing away from his performance in the middle rounds, but clearly the eye was the turning point in the fight. The knockdown was bull**** and the way the action was stopped after Danny spit the mouthpiece out was a joke.
And just so u know im not a homer, i had no rooting interest in this fight. I had never heard of either one of them tbh. I know boxing well but dont follow it anymore. Because of **** like this. Danny had a judge and a referee in his pocket, the other guy had one eye and Danny still ekes out a 2 point win on two cards? IDK how any of you retards could see this as a wipeout.
Ishe vs. Molina was a terrible fight. Training for three months just to go in there and clinch?
As I had anticipated, Garcia vs. Matthysse was the best fight of the entire card. Danny Garcia should be top 5 p4p material right now.
LOL top 5 p4p? Is that a joke?
The fact that anyone still think Pac would stand a chance is amazing. He got FLATLINED by a counterpunch he didnt see. If he jumped in at Floyd with his arms down May would do that same thing. Pac is a very average boxer. He overwhelmed people with physical attributes. When he went up against high level technical boxers he looks like a punching bag. He would have gotten the floor wiped with him idc what year it was.
And its not a triangle theory its called styles make fights. Slick boxing counter punchers are Manny's worst nightmare. What the F**k do you think Floyd Mayweather is?
Roy Jones, no doubt about it. Floyd has hand picked his way to the top the entire way while Roy Jones had to go through truly great fighters at the top of their game, like Bernard Hopkins and James Toney.
Mayweather doesn't have a single win vs. a great fighter in their prime. He's beaten several good fighters in their prime, but no great fighters.
I hate when people say he hand picked his fights. Who is this magical guy that he didnt fight thats a superstar beating everyone else but Floyd Mayweather who wont fight him? Please tell me because i would like to know.
Either one of them. I would really like to see someone test Floyd. Everyone argued that Roy Jones was overrated and didnt fight anybody in his prime but he absolutly destroyed James Toney and Bernard Hopkins two hall of famers. I see the same thing happining with Floyd. He ahnilliated Corrales and fought just good enough to beat Castillo(who nobody wants to fight) Hes so good i dont think anyone can push him hard enough to show how good he is. Not for more than 3 rounds anyway. I dont see anyone beating him until hes past his prime, like Roy
One of the things most people dont realize about Mayweather is his brain is faster than his hands, and he can fight any style. If he leans back on the ropes its cause he knows he can get away with it. Zab didnt let his hands go more after the 1st 3 rounds because he would have gotten his ass handed to him, he was more content on staying in the fight and trying to counter punch Mayweather. Zab had a good chance and if he stuck to the gameplan could have won, but he would have gotten hit more and he didnt have the heart to walk through the fire and go for a victory. If you watch the fight closely Mayweather came out with a different style for every round(and i pointed this out before lampley) he was holding his hands up walking right up to zab waiting for him to throw so he could counter. Meanwhile Zab was doing the same thing cept he was backing up. A counterfest would have been boring so mayweather pressed him. He fought the fight the way zab wanted and still beat him Much respect for the greatest fighter ive ever laid eyes on. "The person who is gonna beat me aint even been born yet. It might be one of my kids" Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Floyd Mayweather Jr.
He aint gonna lose to anyone under 154 so you can get that out of the way now. Him and Winky Wright would be an incredibly boring fight. Winky doesnt press and Mayweather isnt stupid enough to press someone with 1 punch knockout power (see. Castillo) Cotto MIGHT be that only one that can beat him because he wont quit like Judah and he hits hard. Ya cant knock out air though and that all he'd be hitting
yes he was faster all around and all he had to do for the win if he had a so called corner was to tell him to go to the body of mayfairy with those shots that was going right over his head but if you watch the fight i must give mayfairy corner credit because they told him go down stairs to the body and that will be it for the fight because if you look at all the body punches mayfairy landed on zab took whatever he had left in those early rounds ... just look at mayfairy after round 5 he was breathing very heavily and all zab needed was someone to notice that and believe me if zab goes to the body all of those shots he got hit with it would have been a diferent fight???
Mayweather was breathing heavy? I dont know what fight you were watching but ive never seen mayweather breathe heavy in a prize fight. He does spar 10 to 15 minute rounds in training with different sparring partners jumping in so i really dont think he was breathing heavy
From what ive seen of him he dont. The only way anyone is gonna beat Floyd is outthink them not by throwing alot of hard shots. That will just get you 'Gatti'ed in about 6 rounds. Cotto is a thinking man with a very hard left hook to the body and that would be the only way anyone might be floyd. Wouldnt happen but it still be a good fight. From what ive seen of Margarito standing in one spot and throwing wild punches will just get him fucked up
