I didn't know Sulecki when he fought Jacobs but after words I was looking for him. I think he put up a good enough performance to be competitive with Charlo. I'm looking forward to this fight. :boxing:
Boxing has to find it's "Ronda Rousey". Doesn't have to be that good. Promoters can give her some easy fights to build her record then let her get whooped by Claressa Shields. :boxing:
I give Lara the edge in everything except power. That being said, I only give Hurd a punchers chance and if he can intelligently cut off the ring all night...he might take it. :boxing: but I would pick the boxer Lara to win if I was betting money.
I have them both almost evenly matched as far as strength, speed and defense. I have Loma due to more output and Rigo has had some suspect knock downs. I'm not saying he was hurt but it's still a 10/8 round if it happens. :boxing:
Wilder > Joshua due 2 punching power alone
Crawford > Spence Better boxer, more creative
Charlo > Andrade his punching power will make the difference
IMO :boxing:
I agree... I gave Wilder the fight because in the early rounds Fury didn't do enough to win the round. Unfortunately dodging punches only looks good but doesn't give you the round unless you land :boxing:
The odds are probably the way they are because GGG is a known power puncher and Jacobs has a suspect chin. Kind of like if Khan fought Mattysse, he's definitely a better boxer but because of his chin he'd probably be an underdog.
Thurman > Porter
Thurman will make the proper adjustments and Porter will continue to do the same thing he does in all his fights, which is lunge in and work the body which is entertaining but if a fighter can adjust to that and you have no plan B you'll get an L
I think people are more upset about his lack of versatility when it comes to his boxing career. He doesn't move up or down in weight classes for any fight. He also pretty much just fights in Oakland and they say he clinches a lot.
I'm not really a Swift fan but the Machines power was his advantage and it didn't affect Swift the 1st time. I see Danny outboxing him again by just sticking to the basics because I feel the Machine will be looking to land the big shot again.
Ward>Kovalev
Kovalev's skill is not at Wards level. He's definitely stronger but not a 1 punch ko artist. I just can't see him landing enough to finally make wear Ward down to the point he can't continue but he definitely has a punchers chance.
