Why do you dislike Andre Ward?

I don't think anyone hates him on a personal level, since none of us know him and as you say he's a family man. However, his fighting style is pretty dirty and, depending on who you ask, boring. Also, his court issues have made him look a bit of a diva. Same reason as this.

I just can't watch him. I don't find Floyd Lara or Rigo boring but I can't stand Ward. Add that to how he fughts like once in a lifetime and screw him. I cant watch Lara either outiside of the paul willams fight. And I love Rigo. But im liable to be bull****tlng on facebook watching a Ward fight lol

He's a grown man. it is not difficult to provide a comprehensive education to a naive bscener. i am mostly objective about andre ward and about boxing in general. a dog loves a bone, but i genuinely try to keep my affinity for boxers out of my analysis of boxing. you have to be naive to think that andre ward, a boxer who hasn't lost since he was 12 years old according to most sources, is frightened of sergey kovalev or gennady golovkin. you have to be equally naive to think that golovkin, not only a great amateur and undefeated pro, but the best puncher in boxing, is scared of anybody at or around 160 lbs. that includes andre ward. it's children who talk about a fighter being scared of another man. training for 10-20 years and being massively successful in a 1 on 1 sport removes all doubt in one's abilities. they clearly hadn't seen that dan rafael article, which can't be more clear that ward's people are in talks with kovalev's. that's a quick education. expect that fight in late 2016, hopefully at a neutral location and at 175 lbs. it is the most significant fight in boxing. it will be evenly matched according to bookmakers, too.

I hate Andre Ward because he embrassed Mikkel Kessler and Carl Froch! this is about 99% of it. some blame should be put on andre ward for how he handled leaving goossen. goossen did a very good job with andre ward, and he didn't know a good thing when he saw it. the rest is resentment for a guy for beating up their caucasian heroes, and being inactive with genuine injuries and kelly pavlik losing his mind and retiring.

talk about how kovalev was never that good :lol1: kovalev vs ward at 175 is the most significant fight in boxing. it's abundantly clear that golovkin's people are looking to stay at 160 and avoid a fight with andre ward at all costs. expect ward - kovalev at 175 in the fall of next year. expect it to be on PPV, and expect the betting lines to look relatively even. i'm favoring kovalev if ward can't get back into form with another tune up or so. if ward gets back to his 2012 form, or even better after his repaired shoulder and hands, i expect him to outpoint kovalev in a fight that will probably be close on the cards, and warrant a rematch. bsceneres, who have no idea what a "robbery" in boxing is, will call this close fight a robbery, and we'll get to watch their vaginas bleed all over the place. it's gonna be gross! :lol1: I completely agree.
