To be fair, wasn't Pavlik suffering from a really bad illness in the weeks leading up to the Hopkins fight? (Still trying to make myself feel better about my prediction :lol1: )

cotto vs judah and mosely kid won me over after these fights

Tito over Hopkins. Dude I didn't visit boxing forums over a month after that fight.

I've been wrong many times, but these are the real bad predictions I've made: Donaire KOs Rigondeaux. I also thought Martinez would be able to at least stand on two legs against Cotto. Mattysse KOs Garcia Peterson schooling Garcia (he kind of did, but started too late in the fight). Viloria KOs Chocolatito Pavlik TKO over Hopkins Vargas TKO over De La Hoya Tyson KOs Holyfield (glad Evander won though). Gamboa stopping Crawford I also thought Mattysse, Khan and Devon Alexander would be big stars and top p4p fighters. I have a few other bad predictions, but can't remember all of them at the moment.

Picked Walters to beat Lomachenko.

BHop over Smith I just wanted the BHop legend to live on Martinez over Cotto Boy I really underestimated how injured Sergio was. On paper Sergio was taller, bigger, arms were longer and probably faster than Cotto. I'm still a little salty over that fight.

Santa Cruz over Frampton in their first bout. I was definitely wrong about Frampton. Thought Cruz would have no problem with him.

My worst prediction... I predicted Canelo would fight Golovkin if he beat Cotto

I thought B Hop would stop Kovalev... Don't ask. Lool that's a bad one but a bunch of guys picked Hopkins to "school" him. I thought it was too close to call.

Hatton to beat Pacquaio..... man was I wrong about that one. I remember reading all the predictions for a Pacman victory thinking "these guys are sleeping on Ricky's rough inside work" I put that fight on 50/50 too. Boy did I get surprised. But Pac was just better than we all expected. I couldn't believe how incredible Manny looked. Definitely one of the greats.

DLH vs Pac.

I thought Kevin Mitchell would easily beat Michael Katsidis. I believe the talent gap was huge. I also couldn't believe that Ricky Burns stopped him too. It's not even like Mitchell had a bad chin. He didn't. He just couldn't deliver.
