Without mentioning "Manny/*Floyd", who was able to beat Tim Bradley and who currently can beat him?
Before I don't think there was anyone that would've been able to beat him. I wish we had that fight with him and Khan at 140, although I still would've favored Bradley 7-5.
Who else from the past?
Currently I think he'd still be able to compete with everyone out there. He'd definitely beat Danny Garcia, Porter would be a rough fight to watch, I actually favor him still over Keith, but Spence would be a great fight, even at this stage (guess we can get a better picture once we see how Spence does against a Bradley leftover who is also off the roids).
Anyone else out there right now you think that would beat him?
I think his decision to go to top rank was the best decision he ever made. Just look how he and Devon were the top dogs. Tim went down one street, Devon the other. Tim's career has been way better than Devon's.
But in response to your post, since you mentioned any top welterweight, you think Berto/Ortiz/Danny Garcia, would've been able to beat him?
If i said it I meant it.
Berto depends on him not getting injured during the fight
Ortiz mentally idk
Garcia easy work.
Yes I agree with you brother
Tim and Devon career took two different paths Tim got the pac man fights but nothing else really devon actually had fought more threats than tim both made money but devon made as much overall. Tbh. Tim only made alot for pac man. Devon was getting paid more than he was worth by Al Haymon.
Say what you want about Khan, but he doesn't get outboxed much. Bradley sure as hell don't have the power to stop him. So yea, I think he beats Bradley.
fair opinion. thanks
bradley already left 140 when there was even talks of him fighting crawford. there was nothing to gain. like i said if they both were fighting at the same weight and they both are the top 2 fighters right now, they'll fight each other. there's too much money and prize on the table for them to not fight each other.
I was obviously speaking hypothetically.
Bradley had long left 140 by the time Crawford was a relevant fighter.
I’m still doubtful they would’ve fought each other unless it was a very significantly rewarding fight financially, and I doubt either would make huge amounts of money as it wouldn’t be a fight that would do big numbers on PPV.
another Khan lol. thanks for your response.

they're saying this only because at that time, both of them were in no position to fight each other anyways! when bradley was still active, bud was still fighting at the lower weights.
if they're both fighting in the same division, and both of them are the top 2 guys right now, they'll fight each other to see who's gonna get that #1 spot. they're only saying they wont fight each other because if they did, what would they gain from it at that time? nothing!
They reaffirmed it even when Crawford was as high as 140. I still think it could’ve happened cause as I said money talks but I think both would need convincing. By the time it could’ve potentially happened I think Crawford would’ve won pretty clearly, the 140 version of Bradley vs Crawford would’ve been a hell of a fight though
Yea Spence and Tim would be fun
Bradley and Khan at that time would've been great too, but I don't think there would've been anything controversial either, think Bradley wins a clear 7-5 if not more (assuming fair judging)
lol I can't believe I left out Bud's name. ma fault on that. I'd think 50/50 as well, although I wouldn't argue with you about the possibility of a wide UD. Sucks Tim retired because I'm 100% sure had he not, Bob would've already have that fight made.
Bud and Bradley are good friends and have always said they wouldn’t fight one another. Money is persuasive though.
Although I think he was slightly on the slide, I still think Bradley had a few good fights left in him, I’d have liked to have seen the Cotto fight, I think that would’ve been good way to cap off both of their careers.
what is with this worship of Crawford as a WW? did he even have a fight yet as a WW? if he wasn't so much bigger then any fighter at 140 who knows how he would have done there
Much respect for desert storm. His charisma could be limited, but he was still a great fighter that should've gotten more recognition.
He's a class act in my book... Class, win
, lose or draw... Class..
who has danny garcia beat at ww? who has mikey garcia beat at ww? who has porter beat at ww???
you're questioning bradley ww's win but then mention guys that aint never even fought at ww before!!! and then guys who didnt beat anyone special at ww, yet you said these guys can all beat bradley? lol
you see, what you and everyone else seem to forget is that bradley fought guys that are ATGs and HOF, this alone gain bradley the experience he needed to beat those other guys you mention.
nice return response. great points.
Who exactly did Bradley beat at WW? A gift against Manny, a SD against Chavez and a controversial win against a limited Prodvo. His best win at WW Marquez. Porter, Thurman, Spence, D. Garcia, Mikey G., Maidana all had the chance to beat Bradley. Bradley ended up falling in love with trying to KO fighters when he wasn't a power puncher. All those guys could pop and KO Bradley if he chose to slug it out. However we would never know because Bradley decided to stay with TR and retire at an early 33.
Thanks for your response. Those fight's would've been nice. I would've liked to see if he would've handled Maidana in a similar fashion like Devon did.
i would say spence only based on his size, all the rest, TB outworks them.
a lot of people dont want to give bradley the credit he deserves because he was promoted by TR and arum and he lost to manny.
remember what ward said. bradley is one of the toughest guy he's fought in the AM.
Pretty much my thoughts as well. But I would also throw Crawford in there as a possibility, not saying Bud will win it, but his odds of actually doing it would be better than others. Sucks Tim retired and we didn't get to see it, definitely would've been made by now by bob.
