he was a pro bodybuilders, he like everyone went up most from when he start but after many years of seriously training he went up about 2pounds pure muscles every years. thats like 8pounds up total because muscles pull water and maybe little fat aswell but thats.
i dont belive you can go up 22pounds pure muscles without using roids. roy jones and holyfield went up 12 and
20pounds pure muscles in so short time. it cant be naturally if you ask me. but thats the beauti with bodybuilding some extreme individual can do that is very hard to do.
