1st Donaire fought a great fight, and showed an UNREAL chin and toughness. This was a career redefining performance for a guy who was already a lock for HOF. I heard a quote once that said" perseverance is not a marathon its many short races one after another" I thought "courage" would have been a better word. Everyone who has done some fighting whether in ring or not knows you get to a point where you know your not made of glass. You also get confidence in knowing how you will react once the "fight or flight" felling comes. That being said you don't just become brave and not fell fear anymore. Everytime you still have to battle fear, and if its tough you battle your desire to keep going. The reason I bring this up is Donaire made sooooo many decisions in that fight, not to just keep fighting, but to still try and win. That being said for ONE moment around 1:35 of rd 11 Donaire made a dec to stop. The ref was right in his face, and Donaire head was clear and the ref counts 8...9...10 and THEN Donaire try's the jump up at 11 thing. I cant believe im not hearing one writer bring up the fact he was counted out in the 11th. I'm in no way putting down Donaire who like I said showed a HUGE heart, but how the hell does so many people seem to miss that he was KOed in 11th? I have no doubt Inoue won the fight, but Donaire with his courage won the night, but he was KOed in 11th and that's a fact.

To anybody dissing a retired boxer fighting ex for this kind of cash. Your FAVORITE FIGHTER WOULD DO THE SAME THING if he had the chance. Old time fighters used to get into "Rasslin" to make some money, others have done exhibition's too. As long as its a ex and don't go on record there is NOTHING wrong with it.

They currently DO NOT rate Inoue in they're top 17 PFP(no idea why they're rate 17) and have Loma ranked #5,Pac #9,Ruiz #13 and have both D Garcia and Porter ranked but not Thurman who beat both. Computers CAN NOT rank fighters. Just had to vent a bit lol I'm fine now. Great place for records though(credit where credit's due)

Anyone who still questions Pac and whether he has been still using PEDs how can you explain this.Pac is the A-side which means he can make his opponents do testing if he wanted I mean look at J Rock and he has no where near the power that Pac does.Also if Pac was clean WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD HE TRUST HIS OPPONENTS?????????????????????????

He is fighting on Benn undercard on DAZN. The kid if he has it inside should be a future star.This will be his 2nd fight also check out Chris Colbert on Sun Charlo card he has now seemed to get his man strength and is talented as they come.

Watching these ESPN shows and ALMOST everyone has had a bit about whether fight was stopped too soon.Now im the 1st guy to say they are stopping fights WAY too soon since CTE story broke but he was down for 12secs THATS A KO and then he almost fell when he got up.It just goes to show how the general sports fan is NOT watching boxing and don't know sh it about it.Thats not a good sign for boxing.Boy Breazeale got a lot of mileage out of that BS comment.

All you hater's are missing out on a VERY fun heavyweight! Say what you want about his skill, but that boy can hit with ANYONE in history one punch for one punch.Loved the way he spun around BEFORE Breazeale even hit the ground when you hit a guy like that no need to even watch.Go back, close your eyes, and just listen.And anyone who is rooting against EITHER of these guys don't give 2 sh its about the sport because this fight(AJ V Wilder) is the best possible thing that can happen for our sport, the only thing better would be a trilogy between them.

Im not saying he was not a great fighter he was, but with dying at 23-4 does he get a bit of a pass?Had some real good wins vs Gomez and Lopez,and a pre-prime A Nelson.Was just watching his fight with Nelson again and he was having a lot of probs esp early and knowing that Nelson was great in rematches im not sure he wins if they fought again. Now Nelson was a ATG but this was a 13fight version who had never fought more then 10rds.Again to be clear not saying he was not a great fighter its just some have him as best Mexican ever(Chavez for me).Dying young like he did its hard to place him and his biggest win was against a smaller(a bit)Gomez. Would have loved to see him vs a prime Chavez he very well might have been able to handle a raw Julio at start of 130pd reign, but could he handle lets say the Chavez that fought Rosario or even a 130pd more mature version right before he moved up?I think he was ATG but I don't think he beats Nelson in rematch or a prime Chavez who to be fair might have been a tad bigger. Any thoughts?

I can already hear it "EXPOSED" that's what we will be hearing Sunday if he don't blow out Mikey REAL quick.I see Mikey giving him some probs early fighting a smaller,shorter,quicker(maybe not faster)fighter a lot of times takes a bit to get used too also Spence has been inactive 1rd in 14months.Hagler vDuran,Holy v Czyz ect.This will be a lot like GGG vs Brook because I do see Mikey with his skills touching up Spence who is a great young fighter but don't have the best defense.But I also see Spence after ill say about 4-6 rds start going downhill on Mikey and Robert giving it a quick pull also like GGG vs Brook(they did not know he had broken eye socket yet).I think Robert and his father have already discussed this as long as Mikey is doing well fine but as soon as he gets hurt(maybe body at 1st)at all I think they stop it.Kinda why I feel its a bit of a rip off to fans but of course ill buy it lol.But I hope im wrong about what feel will be reaction from a lot of "fans".The only way Spence gets exposed at all is if its a close fight or Mikey wins it and even then it should be more about Mikey's great performane.But will have to admit if he does get beat(or real close)he should be reevaluated some otherwise I hope people will be reasonable.

This kid is REALLY good and that was TERRIBLE job of MATCHMAKING!.Jones has got VERY good skills and showed a lot of toughness.A 19yr old had NO buieness in with a kid that good in 1st fight.You never know how a young kid is gonna take his VERY FIRST fight and to put him in with a 3 time nat champ in his country.I know the kid lost his last fight and was off 2 yrs but I know what I saw and that kid was good.Go back and just watch him you would think he was a prospect now he will be thrown to wolves and will have to work other job so we may never hear from him again but the kid has skills.You also cant compare him to Madrimov(who looked great and was matched tough)because he is 24 with 350+ fights who already went thru one fight(also wbss)and has his man strength.Any ways Jones has the skills to pay the bills and we now know hew is mentally strong(he got tired)and also takes a decent shot at least.He was very impressive imo.

I thought he looked like a very good prospect.The commentators really sh at on him but I think it was fighting away from home and prob even more he was worried about going 10ds.I was impressed with his defense and very good arsenal of punches and you can tell the kid got pop.I was surprised with commentators kinda craping on him when you consider the young kid was fighting oversea's at his age.Looked good to me and interested to see him vs better opp.I got wrong name meant to type Anthony Sims sry

Both these guys went OUT OF THEIR WAY to fight guys NO ONE wanted to fight.And both did not have to.Ortiz has been ducked by every one(including Joshua/Hearn)And Brook could have easily just gone to 154 after GGG fight.Matter a fact BOTH were advised by their promoters to fight someone else.Name another fighter who took on the toughest fight without it either being a mandatory or the biggest money fight(NO FIGHHTER DUCKS the BIG MONEY fight).Anybody who don't like/root for these two guys are fanboys of fighters who could fight/lose to one of them.Just wanting to test themselves with against the BEST POSSIBLE wish we had 100 more like them.

From what ive seen they seem like both have 72 inch reach.But from guys that have sparred with both they ALL say GG has longer reach.Does anybody got any other info?And anybody got their arm lengh as that's a better way of telling reach.I mean a guy can just have a wider back with the old way which don't mean s hite.Any links to info would be great thx in advance.Also GG listed as a half inch taller anybody else think he looks taller then that?

He got beat by Floyd.He used arm all night.He said nothing about it in interviev after fight and Pac like most fighters don't hold back on excuses whether its real or not.Admitting you lost a fight is hardest thing to do compared to saying you lost a game.Freddie said nothing until later and in that video the guy who like to block everybody who disagrees with him put out he is smiling like "This is dumb and embarrassing".Geez its over 2 years and losing to another great is no shame.

Listen to end of that fight about 11 years ago.Its like a hole another sport their trying to do now.WEith these announcers calling for fights to be stopped over broken hand or other bs.Just take a sec and listen to the way Lamps and some of these other hypocrites called the VERY END of fight and they way they do now.And I don't wanna hear "we know more now about head injury's"EVERYONE in or around boxing knows that shots to the head cause brain injury's.Its been well known since back in the 30s at least.And I think the best way to make boxing safer is to NEVER let guys like Roy Jones or Toney or others who are way past time to keep fighhtin even after many have been blind(pryoror brain damaged(mel Tayler)
