Filipinos and Mexicanos bragging about boxing. You know what sucks being a Korean-American and the only way you can brag about boxing is going back to the past. Yea, I wish I can join the conversation as easy as you bastards can when it comes to bragging about whose country is better in boxing.:boxing:
Just a lack of exposure... Sadly I am pretty sure that S. Korea has some world class fighters that will never get a shot or the exposure.. It is just the nature of the business... If Korea were bordering the U.S. and Mexico was in Asia, we would be talking about Korean warriors right now.. Koreans are probably the toughest mofos in boxing.
Here have a free link to Hernan Marquez vs.Edrin Dapudong later on..

Yea, thanks. I like it here. I'm more proud seeing Asians doing good things overall and the views people have on all of us is getting better. Peace out, and thanks again for the link.
Oh yea, Japan beat Mexico in FIFA Women's Soccer. 4-0 was the score, if I remember correctly.
Rematch this fight.
Wolak needs a better defense and combinations inside the zone.
Delvin needs stronger legs and stamina (but you can't blame him since he was out of boxing for a year).
Great fight. Honest judging. I understand why the first judge scored it for Delvin. In amateur fights you count the flush shots the ones that really connected to the body and face not the ones the hit the arms, elbows, back of the body, and the back of the head. Flush only. I understand why the judge scored it that way. Also, judging amateur fights is the standard judging method all the way to the Olympics.
Accidental headbutt won the fight for Lundy. And it might as well be said that Diaz never saw the punch because a river of blood was coming out of his face.
You stopped reading because that sh!t made you start crying like a little b!tch.
Nothing hurts more than the truth, peasant.
You don't want facts in here. You just want to hear your own voice.
Just to let you know what you preach are all crap.
Pacquiao vs Jamili - vacant super bantamweight
You have no knowledge of his lower weight career. Pacquiao won his title in the Super Bantamweight that is counted in his 8 division titles against IBF Super Bantamweight champion Lehlohonolo Ledwaba. Lehlohonolo Ledwaba was one of the longest reigning Super Bantamweight champions. He was like Ivan Calderon who could punch.
Pacquiao vs Velazquez - vacant WBC International super featherweight title
Again this is another worthless point. Pacquiao won the LINEAL TITLE in the Super Featherweight beating Juan Manuel Marquez. The RING MAGAZINE's LINEAL TITLE was bestowed because Pacquiao and Marquez back then were considered to be the best of the best boxers in that division. Also, Pacquiao won the real WBC Super Featherweight title from Marqueaz.
Pacquiao vs Diaz - Diaz was the interim LW champion. He was not the champion at 135 to beat. David Diaz wasn't even ranked in the top 5 in 2008. Marquez, Campbell, Pacquiao, Juan Diaz & Casamayor were ranked above David Diaz. Pacquiao took the easy way out once David Diaz won that interim title.
This is the fault of the WBC. David Diaz won the interim belt but it was elevated to full champion status when Joel Casamayor chose not to defend his belt against what WBC wanted. Also, David Diaz defended his newly elevated belt against Erik Morales. So, by the time Pacquiao got to him, Diaz already was an experienced champion who fought 3 times.
Pacquiao vs Cotto - Arum set it up so that after Miguel Cotto got destroyed by Margarito, he could compete for the vacant WBO WW title and lose it to Pacquiao. Cotto wasn't even in line for that belt. Arum arranged for Cotto to win that vacant belt so to legitimize Pacquiao's claim at WW with a vacant title. Real fans remember that sh!t.
This is stupid. Miguel Cotto was a legitimate WBO title holder. Granted he fought for a vacant title but his opposition was the then undefeated British boxer named Michael Jennings. He fought a more legitimate opponent than Saul "Canelo" Alvarez did for the "vacant" Junior Middleweight title against a careerist Welterweight named Matthew Hatton.
Miguel Cotto even defended his belt against a former IBF Welterweight champion Joshua Clottey. Also, this is stupid Miguel Cotto was a former WBA Welterweight champion for a long time who beat Zab Judah, Alfonso Gomez, Carlos Quintana and Sugar Shane Mosley before losing it to Antonio Margarito.
So, I don't get your point saying Miguel Cotto is a paper Welterweight champion when the guy spent 3 and a half years in the division staying dominant.
Pacquiao vs Margarito - vacant WBC light MW title.
This is a given. Every diehard Pacfans know that this title match was a joke.
Pacquiao's entire career is full of smoke and mirrors. He could have faced the recognized champion in each division. Its no coincidence that he did not. Just because you have a man-crush on Pacquiao doesn't mean that he doesn't have a pattern of avoiding the recognized champion in each of those 5 divisions.
If Pacquiao's career is full of smokes and mirrors then I don't know what Floyd Mayweather's career is full of.
You are ignorant. I am done with you. At least, some Flomos try to know their enemies fully well. Not you.

Diaz and Cotto were not vacant title matches, but their titles were DEFINITELY VACANT AND INTERIM TITLES! As explained to your simples asss before ... YOU CANNOT BE THEE MAN UNLESS YOU BEAT THEE MAN! On five different occasions in five different divisions Pacquiao and his promoter made SURE that he did not face THEE MAN in favor of cherry-picking two boxers who WERE NOT legitimate champions.
Its a common Top Rank practice. Look at Cotto, every belt Cotto competed for before defeating Yuri Foreman was a vacant title. Did you know that? I doubt it. Go look!
Margarito only won the vacant WBA WW title from Cotto because Cotto competed for the vacant WBA WW title against Carlos Quintana! Look at what Cotto did at 140!
The records tell the story. The stats show who fought real legitimate champions and who manufactured their resume to look good enough to warrant top billing.
Many of today's fighters are seeking vacant title fights because that way they don't have to face the best and most dangerous in the division they are in! All one has to do is look at the records.
Go look at how many vacant titles Margarito fought for. Its fcuking shameful.
Margarito vs Antonio Diaz
Margarito vs Golden Johnson
Margarito vs Roberto Garcia
Margarito vs Manny Pacquiao
Like I said before, its a very common practice of weak fighters to move ahead through clever smoke and mirror marketing and paper titles. Vacant titles is just one part of it. Fighting banned cheater DURING the ban is another. Fighting ONLY guys who have lost within 1-2 fights is another. Using catchweights in a division where you can make the division limit is another disgraceful tactic. Facing three of your stablemates in a row is yet another disgraceful tactic.
The list goes on and on and on. Some of you more desperate peasants will attempt to make the argument that because Pacquiao is only 2" shorter than both Mayweather and Mosley, he should be given special credit despite not winning under legitimate conditions because he is "so small".
Give me a fcuking break.
None of the best have asked for special considerations. A catchweight is supposed to be used in cases where a man goes up so far above his current division that he needs one(a catchweight) just to stand a chance. Pacquiao could have ALWAYS made the 147lb weight limit. It was just that Roach and Arum knew that the real advantage lied in making the opponent suffer to make a lower weight than they had been training for. Cutting weight, especially those last 2 or 3 pounds, is always the hardest. Ask ANY athlete that has ever had to cut weight.
Its simply another disgraceful tactic used by Arum, Roach and Pacquiao to get an advantage. LOL@them accusing Margarito of using ephedra! They wanted him slow as hell so that Pacquiao could outclass him. When was the last time boxing fans have seen Margarito weigh in looking so ripped and gaunt? I can't remember the last time I saw him look like that. Pactarded peasants have no idea how crucial the rehydration period is and what drastic effects it can have on a fighters performance.
You will always be beneath me, Puta-tang ... and definitely 10 steps behind.
Learn to love it.
Longest worthless drivel. Stopped reading after 1st paragraph.
Khan after he gets hit by a Garcia left hook in a rematch
Krumping is the most retarded dance I've ever seen. And the sad thing is it went main stream
Prime Mosley would have been convicted of PED use and bawling his eyes out in front of the media apologizing profusely for not knowing to use PEDs.
And no Prime Mosley would gas out without PEDs and with PEDs wins out against oppositions. Knocks out Pacman and finishes Money with a TKO instead of freezing up after connecting.
Quintana is a club fighter???
Quintana is a waiter fighter in a club. Let me revise this, Quintana used to be the manager, but got demoted to gate keeper, then just club visitor, and now he needs money he is a waiter in the club.
Khan survived the fight against Maidana because of piece of excrement Joe Cortez. I am happy to know that Joe "Excrement" Cortez retired from refereeing professional boxing. Joe ruined that fight with his constant breaking and helping Khan to stay away from Maidana's rocking punches.
Mayweather shook and scared of a Filipino Typhoon.
Mayweather wants to retire undefeated its been known since 2008 - 2009. He doesn't want to fight Manny who he sees will bring him his first lost.
Canelo hater at the beginning. The kid was a hype job in the wrong promotional company. Cheered for Chavez Jr. Wanted to see the two fight Chavez Jr. vs Canelo.
But cheeseburger and tacos became fat bastard's top priority while Sizzling hot Pepper went on to fight a great fighter like Floyd and fought two good fighters named Trout and Lara.
Seriously, Red Pepper is going places. Good for the kid.
Just saying boxing back then was heavily influenced by the mafia. I don't put a lot of stock at the men who fought in 30s, 40s, 50s,and 60s.
Only old era fighters I give respect are SRL, Duran, Hearns, and Hagler. And all the other men who fought in that era.
Man, this horse has been beaten to death, revived, sacrificed, dug up from under ground and killed again. There is NOTHING left to talk about.
What's that saying? Anything old under the sun is new again from 2 new pair of eyes.
Or something like that. I want to watch the fight in a movie theater.
Seriously, people included Ward in their Top 5? Mikey Garcia, I can let it slide since he fought last year. But Ward?
Anyway,
1). Floyd Mayweather (Undefeated and one great defensive fighter). HOF
2). Manny Pacquiao (Warrior and one great offensive fighter). HOF
3). GGG (Undefeated, knockout boxer, and most avoided in current generation of boxers).
4). Timothy Bradley (Great strategical boxer who can go toe to toe and enforce his boxing skills too).
5). Juan Manuel Marquez (Another great defensive fighter and just beat another young boxer - Mike Alvarado). HOF
Special shout out to:
Saul Canelo Alvarez (Young and determined to make history.)
Wag of the finger:
Miguel Cotto (Younger than Floyd, Manny, and JMM but acts like a diva and wants his opponents to be B Side. He learned this from Floyd. I hate this damn A side - B side bs).
Seriously, Cotto fight Canelo. You have to beat a young fighter especially when every HOF fighter of today are fighting young bucks. And you can't count pre-injured boxers.
So, the rumor of Mayweather camp trying to get to Cotto is true?
No wonder, we can't get a comment from Cotto. Fat bastard better take the Canelo fight if not Cotto is one dumb stupid idiot. Cotto can't win a decision against Mayweather. And Mayweather is not a one legged bandit he can knockout.
Someone in Puerto Rico better get a testimony from Cotto's mouth because if he ain't talking about Canelo he sure got his mouth around Mayweather's girth.
This is the offensive way, Mr. Genius! He said 'negro.' None of that was necessary. Plus, what's the cool way to say 'c*****' or 'honky'?
Negro is black in Spanish. Word has been around before you and I were born.
Why are you being an emotional little girl? Step outside the US border and learn a new language.

Nah, that guy is behind the line already set up by Haymon:
1). Fury
2). A Salsa type fighter
3). TBD - to be determined
4). TBA - to be announced
5). talk to my adviser Haymon
6). A Haymon fighter of B to B- level aka Garcia vs Pederson (Hype job fight)
7). Retire for a year or two say there ain't no competition - probably avoiding another European Superman
8). Cab driver opponent as comeback fight after the European beast fighter is defeated or retired
9). Repeat and recycle
For sure. Josesito Lopez doesn't play.
Lopez beat Ortiz. I guess if we are going that route it's acceptable.
But I think he'll lose because Haymon wants an Ortiz vs Berto 2 match down the road.
Guererro is slow and mediocre.
Berto was never great at Welterweight and if that is your highlight win in Welterweight well you ain't that good either.
The knockout that Marquez gave Pacman showed first in the Bradley fight then absolutely in Mayweather fight. PTSD or some thing.
I really think the 2007 or 2010 Manny version could have been a Mayweather vs Maidana I competitive but still a Mayweather win. Oh well, Manny is still my favorite fighter.
I guess Mayweather's TBE is legit now. F U C K! I'm still salty with Pacman not throwing caution out of the window.
Right there with you. Arum is cashing in on Pacquiao. The hot hype surrounding the boxer is neither hot nor worthy of hype anymore.
Damn, a year fly by and my attitude about a certain boxer changed too.
The Bradley vs Pacquiao match was a fixed fight. And now the Marquez fight is another cash out.
Next thing we know, Arum might pull a Canelo/Golden Boy fight with Pacquiao fighting a Lightweight or Junior Welterweight cue in Brandon Rios or a rematch with Tim Bradley.
I don't feel any excitement anymore in the fights Pacquiao and Arum are choosing. People felt it back way in the Margarito fight and definitely at the Mosley fight. Me, it took me until the Bradley fight. It sucks.
