Khan has looked #1 against who he has been fighting since the Prescott bout but surely you would think they should consider the competition and the obvious lack of punching power they have. There are fighters Khan needs to beat to justify this.
Big win for Pascal. It might have too late for Dawson. He did not fight the right fight IMO but Pascal surely did. I would love to see a rematch, Bute can wait.
I think it could be due to tax purposes. If Floyd were to fight Pacman in Nov. the IRS will take a huge cut from his two big paydays this year. So hopefully he opts to take the fight next year, but if Floyd doesnt fight Pac in 2011.. well, you know the rest.....

In a way it is unfair to team Manny with Floyd in this rating. I think Chavez and Whitaker are more accomplished than Mayweather. Pacquiao is up there with them. Why not just do it as individual fighters.
I watched when it happened. Too bad Shavers was past it but still a fun fight. Happened during a time when contenders actually fought each other. Really!! They once did that!

Sad as it might sound, I'd rather see Holyfield than Harrison. At least Holyfield, who should be retired, is more deserving than Harrison.
Briggs is way past his prime, semi retired and inactive. I am suprised he is being offered up as a sacrificial lamb and that he is some how getting a title shot. When Vitali is done with him I hope all praise is done with all this in mind.
The minority vote should quit denying and open their minds to what the majority of the vote is saying here. It's not about this fighter fans against that fighters fans. It's about accepting the truth from knowledgeable boxing fans.
No disrespect to Rhodes but shouldn't you guys wait and see what happens when Alvarez fights world class competition before you get carried away with how good he is and how he would have a chance with any the real top fighters out there?
