If this contract is for one fight... it makes a lot sense for Floyd and the promoters. Floyd gets a flat rate of 100M and he gets 100M guarantee. The promoters can easily get 30M for a site fee, 2-3M in PPV buys in the US, and millions for the TV rights all over the world. They should be able to bring in another 50+ million in sponsors.

If it's true that it's for one fight then Floyd is one lucky SOB.
