I think you under estimate Khan's skill . He was able to make canelo struggle for the first 4 rounds with his speed am d boxing. He just needed to add his will and power to the equation. You don't need knock out power you need to control the tempo of the fight and let canelo know he can't bully you. His done it before he just needed the confidence to do it against canelo.

Im not suggesting he fight like floyd but learn from the tactics floyd used. Khan needed canelo to respect him instead of chasing him. He needed to throw hard and fast combination so canelo would think twice about throwing bombs and left hooks. Because khan was boxing and running, it allowed canelo to chase him and hunt him down. That is the reason why majority of people predicted a knockout becuase they knew canelo would catch him eventually. Khan cant sustain running for 12 rounds he doesnt have the legs and always makes costly mistakes. Khan needed to show canelo his boxing skills early and throw hard combination stay close to the pocket and he would be more composed instead of running for his life for 12 rounds. Im a khan fan but as soon as canelo starting throwing wild left hooks it was obvious he would eventually catch him. Canelo had no respect for khans speed power or boxing skills and thats why he knocked him out. Floyd used his boxing skills and agression to intimate canelo, if Khan has used his speed and power he could have intimated canelo becuase he struggles against fast boxers. Khan was obviously way faster than canelo early he should have taken advantage of it more.

The UFC is worth 2.5 Billion, you would think the fighters would ask for more money. If fighters like Jon Jones and Anderson Silver decided to leave the UFC and fight each other and have GPP promote their fight, they would earn at least 10 to 15million each. I dont get why they stick around.

I myself think its a great concept. Pay them whats fair, put money into promotion for the fighter, but dont pay them too much like these boxers, because look, they et paid insane amounts and then loose their heads, their head gets too big and forget why there getting paid or why they are in th sport. Dana white has created a concept to control all the fighters, the plus to that is you get the fights you want. But when you make over 1 million PPV some events you would expect your main stars to get a decent cut.
