Should this be the way forward? Both men are still in their peak, and you could claim that they are both unbeaten. Wilder vs Fury 1, Wilder won 1 knockdown to 0. Scoring is just opinion by 3 random guys. Wilder was drained from a heavy suit for Fury 2, and he could have won Fury 3 from his second knockdown if the ref decided that was that. His clone lost to Parker and Zhang, but the real Wilder is back now.
Joshua's "losses" he lost to Ruiz, but won the rematch, so by the Lennox Lewis rule, he overwrote that loss. Both fights to Usyk were on points, just the opinion of 3 people, and 0 knockdowns, so both draws by Nash Law, and vs Dubois, he wanted to ease himself into the fight, so by not letting him, Dubois cheated, so that's a DQ win.
Who wins? And can either knock out Usyk? Nash out - His Majesty
Are you delusional? Wilder is DONE
I dont think its quite ready to replace judges but I do believe the whole system needs reworked. I think judges should have to lock in their score at the conclusion of every ROUND.
AJ fought dirty and the ref allowed it. You can't hold a mans head and repeatedly punch him while doing so. Also with the punches after the bell and on the break at the end of 11. No word from the ref.
That ref must have slept with AJs mom. Like Sally Field in Forrest Gump. "I need my son to win, what will it take?"
I would put him maybe 9 or 10 but, due to the current lack of current quality heavyweights, which is no fault of his, he is probably 10-15 all-time once he unifies the belts.
Fury vs Wilder is a rigged business alliance. All these fake fights are rigged to try to up each's value and leverage. Haymon wishes these fake fights will propel Wilder to finally become a money maker. Fury makes no money either and he has signed on to the scheme. Both want to avoid Joshua because they know they can't beat him. Fury hopes these fake fights make him a star so he can go and make more money in WWF and UFC.
You really believe Fury nor Wilder could beat AJ after that Ruiz KO last summer? Give me some of whatever you are smoking...
I always assumed the winner of Fury/Wilder would get AJ next. Well this throws everything up in the air. The next match will have to be AJ vs Usyk again because of the rematch clause. So Wilder and Fury will have to find another fight until that is over with. Assuming neither of them retire after the loss. Who would be a good match for Fury and Wilder after their fights?
Sure but Wilder and Fury refuse to fight Ruiz for a reason.
LOL Perhaps because he is fat and out of shape? I believe Fury and especially Wilder are trying to give the public the fights they want. Wilder continues to fight anyone the WBC asks him to. He hasn't dodged anyone.
Wilder is just going to get pummeled, he won't get knocked out unless the ref stops it which may happen. It's gonna be sad, he just doesn't have the skill to hang with Fury and is going to lose a unanimous decision bloody, bruised and swollen.
I actually am afraid of whats going to happen in this fight. Deontay is either gonna get a shot early and lay Fury out or it is going to be like last fight but Wilder might just pull a Tyson and bite the Fury once he's beaten and has no answer for his style of fighting.
