There's some garbage in the heavyweight division that needs to be gotten rid of.
There's a lot of good young fighters too, but the lingering garbage obscures people's view of them.
But happily this weekend, one piece of the garbage will finally be taken out.

I think Ruiz deserves more respect dude. I agree that Ruiz will get beaten by Haye, im not so shure about a knockout though. Hes one of the hardest to get knocked out.
The same thing can be said about Boxers. MMA athletes come from all sport backgrounds. Wrestling, Boxing, Jiujitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and on and on.
Yes and i think boxing is the least important aspect of it so yes, Boxers have the most problems in MMA if they dont learn other things fast. I think Roach is right in saying that its harder for a boxer to become a good mma fighter than other way around. I not agree about the future of MMA though, theres much hype about MMA right now but it will not hold up for a long time. Boxing will ever last!

I don't find Haye exciting at all. He ran away for 99% of the fight with Valuev, and failed to KO him.
Wlad chased his opponent for most of the fight with Chambers, and then BRUTALLY knocked him out.

I understand what Bhop has done lately, with wins over pavlik and such, but there is fuc'kin' way that he should be anywhere in the 10 P4P on Boxrec.com .... for the last couple years he been fighting 1 or 2 times ... Any top 10 P4P'r i believe, should be fighting minimum 3, preferably 4 or 5 times a year CONSISTANTLY ++++ wining all the time.... that said Bhop and Roy are both Done and over with. Iwant this to be both of their final fights. Farewell to 2 of my favorites..
**i am a bhop fan** , but lets get real people, Bernard is good/great + a hall of famer + ATG , but recently he has not dominated the LH divison or he could very well have begun the cleanout of the SMW divison ... and that is a big "IF", cause the SMW has begun to get some talent again. Bhop acomplishments lately have been sub-par ... Roy's TOO + worse .

Shane was robbed in that Cotto fight. Shane landed the more power punches and clearly had Cotto running the championship rounds. Shane was robbed but because he didnt cry about the decision, no one has said anything about the robbery. There is no way Cotto won that fight fighting the way he fought Shane. And I dont want to hear that bs about Cotto outjabbing Shane. Just throwing a jab and backpedaling doesn win a fight when your opponent outlands you in powershots. Cotto got that decision because he was in New York with a Boriqua crowd.

All these training videos of him recently, the pad work, heavybag, sparring, it all doesnt look verry intense to me and not impressive.
Oscar was just overtrained or overdrained and couldnt get his power back until fight night but he could have weighed as much as he wanted at fightnight, and its the same with the other opponents.

Austin is a good preparation for a Vitali fight because hes tall too. Lets see how Solis getrs rid of him. Solis has good skills and everything but he has to lose weight. He gets fatter and fatter. If he would get himself in shape, around 240 pounds he could maybe beat the old Vitali.
