Eubanks beats the schit outta him and i will enjoy every second of it.
I second that! Even though Billy Joe Saunders admitted Golovkin was too good for him...his demeanor reeks of Al Haymon fighters(most money, least amount of risk). I believe Eubank would challenge Gennady(Have a few wins prior to get ready for him) and that would be great to see even if GGG would win
But he hasn't been full out relentless for a while. A long while. Dude I'm as big a Pac fan as you'll ever come across. Sh*t I readily admit that I'm a full blown Pac-tard. But the relentless balls to the wall Manny is gone, man. He's a cautious, calculated boxer now. I would love for Manny to turn the clock back and be the guy he used to be in the ring but it ain't happening. That dude is gone.
I agree with this 100%. Ever since his KO loss to Marquez, he lost that aggression and in ways, too cautious. Guess in the back of his mind, he's worried about getting KO'd again. Still to this day frustrates me that Pac lost liked that. His gameplan was perfect against Marquez. His relentlessness and aggression came back but sadly it backfired on him. I wonder if the Pac that got KO'd by Marquez would've done better against Floyd.
Cotto did look pretty good against Martinez but GGG is a whole different animal. Martinez definitely couldn't move his legs as much as he usually does. He was taking shots from Cotto that he shouldn't had. Some people say that Martinez was never the same after the knockdown but Martinez has been knocked down worse but was fine after.
Cotto might do fine the first few rounds but GGG is too much for Miguel.
Pacquiao without a doubt. Canelo has fast hands but isn't active enough and is flat footed. Pacquiao would win on activity alone. Canelo does have size but that won't be enough.
Love the way that Mayweather looked angrily at Pac. He's like "How dare you not being fazed by me!" hahaha.
Two more days!!!! Love Manny's attitude since the fight is announced. He treats it as no big deal vs Floyd.
Eubank Jr is a pretty good fighter and i've become a fan of his. But i think him fighting Golovkin is a bit too early. He should fight Saunders in a rematch, then Jacobs, and another middleweight like Lee and then Golovkin. The fight would be much bigger in that case.
GGG beats a prime froch for sure! Froch is taller and has longer reach but GGG is better technically and even against movers, seems to give them issues and would beat him via decision.
Glad Khan-Algeri was put here. Definitely a good fight. Algeri's size and frame gave Khan problems. Was a pretty close fight that Khan edged barely. Algeri stock definitely rose in that fight.
Super funny considering its Mosley lol. I remember Mosley showing this side of his versus Floyd when they were both talking smack during the middle of their fight.
2. GGG is an easy style for Mayweather.
GGG just moves forward. He is not elusive. He just moves forward. Stylistically, this is a style that Mayweather feasts on. We have seen Mayweather fight this kind of style countless times. We already know what the result will be.
While i agree that he's not elusive, GGG is very smart in terms of his pressure. His opponents still seem to have trouble avoiding his shots so he might not be all that slow. If GGG can up his work rate significally, he has a decent shot. If he was nothing but power, he would've been defeated by now in my opinion.
Doesn't enhance it at all. GGG is chasing money. If he accepts this rehydration clause it might bite him in the ass. I'd prefer him go down and fight someone like Lara before Floyd, but i know I know, Lara doesn't do great ratings.
I can't see it happening while Floyd is still on his showtime contract but I would love to see it if it could be made.
Oh yea, completely forgot about the showtime and hbo contracts.

I don't think it would bite him too much since he seems to always be in good shape. Glenn Johnson is a good example. He only had like 8 weeks to go from 175 down to 168 and it didn't weaken him whatsoever. GGG seems to have a body type that losing weight or gaining weight wouldn't affect him too much because of his style. Could i be wrong? Absolutely but i don't think he'd be that much weaker compared to say Jones vs Tarver 1 and Tarver vs Hopkins where they had to lose 20-30 pounds.
Mayweather didn't dominate Pacquaio, It was a competitive fight just that Mayweather was the better man, showing good defense. JMM got destroyed by Mayweather and barely won any rounds while Pacquiao won 4 rounds imo.
i don't like Gray either, I'm glad Toney and Hopkins put him in his place back in the day. If it was a 20s prime Tyson who was eating that cookie, Gray wouldn't had ever done that. But Maidana has kinda been a dick in the past, i remember the post-fight interview with his victory over Broner, an old guy was doing the interview instead of Jim Gray and Maidana cut him off after like a minute... saying "that's it" and walking off, even when the old guy was doing a regular good interview, so Maidana has kinda been a dick too...
