But the truth is simple, take Bradley/Rios... Bradley could have hit Rios in the chin for a year and wouldn't have stopped him, yet he stopped him with a body shot..... I dont follow Groves career that deeply, but besides Froch how often did he showcase his punching power against decent opposition? I dont think he hurt Badou Jack. And I cant recall if he hurt DeGale. His right hand had started to become a real weapon for him a few fights leading up to the Froch fight. He was always more of a boxer though.

who are you talking about? Groves did Smith in 2 and never fought Ward and Johnson? And i dont see any other fighter fitting your description Groves beat Smith in two rounds. Smith then took Ward nine rounds. Groves also beat Glen Johnson.

I see a lot of people saying Froch would win prime to prime but when exactly was that. Was it when he was getting throughly outboxed by career Middleweight Taylor. Or was it during the boxing lesson he received from Dirrel. Or maybe when he was beaten up by Kessler. Was it when Ward beat him up with one hand? Simply put this "prime" version of Froch is a myth, he's always been vulnerable and as was lacked skills. No matter when they fight GGG will have the better offense, defense, chin, and power. Froch would have to be on his absolute A game and hope GGG is having an off night to win. I'd say prime froch was around the Pascal fight

Groves is taller, longer and has the better jab of the two if you aren't blinded by fanboyism. Even their power is comparable considering GGG couldn't drop Martin Murray and GG dropped Froch who has a proven chin against world class punchers. Groves would beat everyone on GGG's resume and he would knock them all out(which isn't saying much considering he's a SMW). Don't fool yourself.
