When Cotto fought Clottey he go to the ring at 146. So the Catchweight didn't affect Cotto, He lost because Pacquiao have better Ring movements, Handspeed, Footwork etc.. What happened to Cotto that night is that he didn't have a descent corner at that time just watch the fight. Joe Santiago did not gave Cotto Technicals Advises all he was saying: "come on let's go, we can do it"
