Koysta Tszyu was the champion at the time, guess what, he wasn't even looking to fight Diaz, while many even Hbo thought it'd be a tremendous fight. So what does he and hbo do.....they offer him a shot at Mosley title since they know Tszyu doesn't want to risk his title against. Diaz moved up in weight to fight Mosley, and Diaz had Mosley back pedalling for almost the entire fight. Diaz didn't have a granite chin, he had a good chin but not granite and it showed against Mosley. Nothing to be ashamed of loseing to Mosley especially when Diaz went up in weight to fight him. That nobody would have given mayweather hell, mayweather wouldn't be able to hurt him.
The Spinks win was a gift for Diaz. And he did not back up Mosley the whole fight. You need to watch that fight over. It was completely one-sided. Why are you even building Diaz up for?
