***got some people are actually here to talk boxing. I saw one of your other posts where you disagreed with some dude and then asked him to masturbate. What the hell was that all about. Here's a website to fit your IQ: http://www.neopets.com/index.phtml It's filled with pretty ponies and shiny pictures. Perfect for you.
If he's weight drained that may be so, but one thing Tarver does well is flurry with pitty patting punches while mixing in a big shot here and there.
His work rate is often above average because he flurries with a lot of light shots.
I suppose I should rewatch some Tarver fights because most of what I have in my mind is the fights with Roy Jones and in the 3rd fight he didn't throw much and was gassed. Just had it in my mind that Tarver usually had an average workrate. If he tries to sit and pick his punches and counter Hopkins, he'll lose, I think. If he can keep throwing, even if the punches aren't landing, like Taylor did, he'll most likely win on activity alone.
Tarver said he beat Johnson (most experts had Tarver winning) and that he didn't lose to Jones by scorecards as wide as the two judges had it for Roy.
And that changes the fact that you scored the 1st Jones Tarver fight for Tarver (like and idiot) how?
Tarver has to beat Hopkins by attacking him and I don't know if he has the stamina to do that, especially if he's weight drained.

Sorry Diego, you're wrong. Remember how much he cried after the Glen Johnson loss and he said that he didn't train and spent too much time partying?
Or the time he said he actually WON the first fight against Roy Jones.
Wait a minute. I just have two questions for you...
1) Did you score Tarver-Johnson I in favor of Johnson?
2) Did you agree Roy beat Tarver in the first fight by 116-112 or 117-111?
Tarver said he beat Johnson (most experts had Tarver winning) and that he didn't lose to Jones by scorecards as wide as the two judges had it for Roy. If you disagree with Tarver on either of those statements, I think you're an idiot. No offense. :D
It's still an uphill battle for Bernard, because he can't maintain a high work rate which is ultimatly what you need to beat Tarver.
This could turn into a boring chess match very easilly.
The thing is, to beat Hopkins you need a high workrate as well. If this becomes a chess match, I honestly think Hopkins has a good chance of winning because I think he's the better technical fighter. Tarver has to beat Hopkins by attacking him and I don't know if he has the stamina to do that, especially if he's weight drained.
Which do you think is harder on the body, Tarver moving down in weight or Hopkins moving up?

tarver is gonna get taken apart come fight night. and the weight will most likely be his primary excuse. of course there will be several back up excuses ready also.
It's funny because Tarver won't even mention his weight because he knows it's no excuse. Roy Jones used it as his excuse for the "sub par performance" in the first fight with Tarver when really weight had nothing to do with it in the end. Tarver was simply too much for Roy.
Tarver is Mr. No Excuses
Tarver is one of the biggest cry babies in boxing. If he loses, there will be excuses.
And LOL at you suggesting Roy wasn't effected by the weight loss from their 1st fight (which he won) after spending 6 hours in the sauna the day of the weigh in. That's as laughable as suggesting that fight should have been scored for Tarver.
I can only assume you still think you're conversing with me.
I'll just leave the retard alone to play with himself. I'm sure it's nothing new for ya.
You're only making yourself look like a jackass. Everyone who sees this thread will realize you're a little bitch who can't argue so he blocks people who beat him in every argument. :D
Either way that's way north of 175. At 36 and with that weight he was pushing, I think he's going to have a tough time sweating down to 175 again.
Nothing would be more funny than to have a weakened Tarver drop a close fight to Bernard and cry afterwards about how the weight effected him.
 :D
Oh, that would be hilarious.
I'm not sure how many times you have to see this message to realize you are nobody. That's like 10 times now.
