Level of opposition means a lot. Cotto has two KO wins and a stoppage against guys that were either shot (Mayorga, Margarito) or just weren't anything special (Foreman).

Whoever Mayweather fights would be a problem. He is facing someone young and under 30 but, we choose to look at who the other guy hasn't fought. If yall go by that logic then all of Mayweather's last opponents was a great choice because of who they fought. AND Guerrero is the same height if not taller than Mayweather so I don't see a problem. Any fighter has a chance im all for giving the underdog a chance.

Why don't you fans understand? Mayweather now has a LEGAL LEGAL obligation to fight May 5th. He has no damn choice and it's his fault. The judge delayed his sentence because he has a contract to fight that date. If he planned to fight another day he will get sent to the slammer right now. And Bob Scamrum knows this and is doing all this on purpose. It's not May or Pac it's Scamrum.

The beauty of boxing all in this thread. I love both styles but, Mayweather is extraordinary. If you watch Floyd vs Zab you would hear a line by Larry that you wont ever hear from him again. He said Floyd can "Out punch you he can out box you and out brawl you." I like versatility and i find it wierd after May left arum all his praise went out the window.

Being a Cotto fan a little part of me would like to think that would be deserved for Cotto due to the Margarito hand wrap issue and the 145 against Pac but being a boxing fan 99% of me hopes that the judges score it fair no matter which way it goes..
As much as im a Cotto fan as i am with many other boxers i would never want any boxer to get an unfair victory in any manner..
Regardless of whether its a boxer i like or not stuff like that only harms the sport i love....
