I expect a massive undercard for the event regardless if Whyte ends up on there.

Will give credit when it's due, that's a great unification fight, especially for a non PPV card.

Worth it? Probably not, but Canelo's floor is around 300k (the Smith fight and that's before his name getting even bigger to casuals from the GGG fights), and that's why every fight he has will likely be on PPV. I'm personally going to attend the card live, so I'm excited for it regardless.

He's supposed to headline his own card. No? He was supposed to headline the final HBO card but now that GBP is on DAZN, he won't be. Chocalitio and someone else are going to be a double feature for that card.

Munguia will be headlining his own cards next year on DAZN. A Jaime Munguia vs. Kell Brooks would do well at the forum in LA or MGM Grand in Vegas. Probably, but he's defending his belt one more time this year, likely on the Canelo undercard.

As much as I love Tank, Canelo is simply on another level as a boxing talent.

One hell of a fight? Beterbiev takes 2-3 rounds to stop him. I'm not sure if it ends that swiftly, but even if it does, it will be a firefight for however long it lasts.

LOL. And wasn't this supposed to be the first BIG PPV-type event? Its clearly not gonna be that now thats for sure. Sounds like best case it'll be Big Baby vs Oquendo last I heard. Pretty sure the first big PPV type event is the Canelo card now, and the rumored undercard for that show is looking legit as of now.

And we have a winner. Being active against c level fighters means absolutely nothing It's a heck of a lot better than fighting just once a year. Fonesca isn't a bum and this is Farmer's third fight in 4 months (this being his second title defense). I greatly admire that and won't hate on a world title fight being added on the undercard.

Beltran is always such a joy to watch. If he is ever on your card live, you're in for a treat.

This fight will easily sell out. Do people forget that Canelo fought Liam Smith and not only did it sell well it over performed and sold over 50K tickets and broke the record for Cowboy Stadium. Canelo is far more popular today and has NEVER fought in NY or the entire East Coast for that matter. This will be the only time most people who live on the East Coast can ever afford to see him live. Cheaper tickets then his normal Vegas fights and will likely be the first and last time he ever fights in NY. The fight will sell. This 1000x.

Yean Canelo is P4P Top 3 while Rocky Fielding is P4P #92??? Weird hes ranked P4P 6 spots higher than Lemuix.... Either fight was going to be a soft touch for Canelo, but the Rocky fight is at least more interesting due to the size difference.

this will not sell out the main arena at msg. Maybe if it's held in the theater at msg. Not the main arena 10000% disagree. The prices are very reasonable and Canelo is THE draw of boxing making perhaps his only NYC appearance. Just from being in the area, the hype for his appearance here has already begun.
